@@earthnomadslava I can't say for the whole of India But the majority of places having this system actually function well You would rarely find a man in these coaches, even in those cases where the trains are filled to the brim It's much better than even I expected

I'm also SEAsian and there's a lot of types of laksa varying from region to region, this is Assam laksa but the coconut milk curry paste one isn't fake or inauthentic. and a lot of stalls don't do the thing where you choose your own ingredients

OH NOOOOOOO YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! 😂 The best nasi lemak is the one sold by the road side/stalls- prepared by a ‘mak cik’. They are incomparable! However if you are not a fan of anything spicy, you have to find a stall with sweet sambal instead of the usual spicy sambal. Just ask the ‘mak cik’ the level of spiciness. Some stalls even have both sambals to choose from. Oh another thing, nasi lemak with banana leaf has its own aroma to it- it’s the best! I’m a local so trust me haha
