A woman who says she is both the mother and father is a person who is a big contributor to fatherlessness. Most of these women who say that are not even good mothers let alone a mother and a father. I didn't say that, you do!

Jesus was not allowed to be born to a single mother. God sent a high ranking angel (Gabriel) to convince Joseph that what was in her womb was by Holy Spirit. That angel did whatever it took to convince a hesitant Joseph.

This is good! I struggle with "just doing" because of how I think "ministry" should look like. NO more. Keep breaking these chains girl! XOXO- RAYE

So many different emotions watching this but it was a breath of fresh air listening to his story. He definitely shedded a lot of light onto what our African American men have gone through and what they're currently experiencing til this day. Crazy thing is, a lot of what he shared can be applied to the fatherless women as well because I was sitting here like dang "that's truth for me too." Love it! Thanks for sharing!

I felt the same way interviewing him. There was so much wisdom in what he was saying. He gave me insight to a lot of things I'd been questioning for so long. I completely agree that this can be applied to fatherless women as well. I would love to get a women's perspective on that. It was definitely a blessing to watch this conversation and to listen to Darynell share her story because her situation is so similar to mine. I unfortunately did not have as much support to get me through my grievance period but a lot of what she shared helped me better understand my situation. I hoped to see her back on the couch to discuss mental health. I have a degree in Psychology and passionate about mental health so I would love to hear her experience with it. Thank you for sharing girl!!! Many blessings!!!

Thank you for watching Cesley. I'm sorry that your story was the same but support wasn't. One person we can always count on, regardless of the situation, is God. It may sound cliche but it's the truth of the matter. I'm having a mental health professional speak in the next few weeks! Hope you can tune in.

Conversations Beyond the Pulpit Not all. I'm just excited about the upcoming episode. I lost my father a couple years back and I'm just hoping to hear a testimony that will help me better understand it all. Of course like every other single girl lol I would love to hear discussions on dating. "Christian Dating" and what that really means. Topics on godly friendships.

Thanks! I'm sorry for your loss girl. I pray that God will give you clarity and comfort regarding your father's passing. I also pray that he will strengthen you to heal. As far as dating and singleness, I know that topic too well. I will do my best to shed more light on my experiences! I'm not sure what your exact state is in regards to that, but what helped me relax was a book call "No More Sheets" by Juanita Bynum! Let's keep in touch beyondthepulpitTV@gmail.com
