If you had told me after episode 2 aired that I would be defending the therapist I would not have believed you, but. I just want to point out that Julian doesn't actually push Sofia to take revenge on Oz. He asks her what she wants to do, and it's Sofia, who completely unprompted, decides what she wants is to completely destroy Oz for what he has done to her. Don't get me wrong, I agree that he is acting as the enabler of her worst instincts, but they are still very much what Sofia wants to do, not what he's pushing her to want.

I'm going to pray for Jordan! 😅🤣🙏🏾 Man, *Agatha All Along* has been phenomenal, and episode 7 was EVERYTHING!!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 Also, this episode is a testament to the importance of diversity in the writers room. It was written by Cam Squires and Gia King, and they deserve ALL the Emmy's for this, along with Jac for directing, and of course, the great Patty Lapone for her brilliance! Anyhoo, this episode had me crying Grammy Thug Tears (my granddaughter gave me that one 🤗). I've reached a point where I don't _want_ to know what might happen in the last two episodes tonight. Whatever it is, they have earned my trust with this show. Also, if they wanted to do another show, one idea I had was *Alice.* She talked about her bad luck, the curse on the women in her family, her Mom, Lorna Wu, and her travels, being a cop, etc. I would happily watch a show about all of that, and the last episode ends with her getting the job at Hot Topic that led to her meeting Teen and Agatha. 🧐 Last thing: Here is my possibly stupid ponder: 🤔 *_What If..._** Ralph Bohner, in the end, turns out to be Mephisto?!!!* 😳😲

Gas was carbon monoxide (CO) which wuz perfect...No detection...

Oz is a piece of sh!+...He switches sides and loyalties at the drop of the hat and can't bee trusted...

I understand what she said regarding her father in the last episode "I danced on my father's grave when he died"...

This is by far the best episode...I now understand Sofia...She's entitled to her righteous anger and justified revenge...

I loved the performances and the direction that Todd Phillips and Joaquin Pheonix decided to go with the character of Arthur with having him face the consequences of his actions and battle with his identity through them. The challenges placed on Arthur both felt subversive and yet cohesive with where we last saw him in 2019’s Joker. However, the lame musical sequences, thin story, and off-putting ending bog this movie down tremendously! Still, I have not stopped thinking about since I left the theatre, and that is worth something in my opinion. Great discussion!

Also it's worth noting DC fans are notoriously horrible when it comes to supporting DC films.

Des is right folks made it trendy to hate this movie, and i mean HATE. They acted as if it had no redeeming qualities.

They should have called this "Saisie d'argent" which is French for Cash Grab. That's all it was. They should seriously be ashamed for making it. Jordan hit it on the head regarding the lack of test screening. It's clear they didn't show the movie to _anyone_ because, had they done so, they would have put it in the trash next to Bat Girl. It feels like Warner Bros murdered the DCU/DCEU, buried it, then set the cemetery on fire. 😳😂

I was soooo done when he wanted to be Stephanie, his own daughter baby daddy as a story line. He was on mute for me every time I saw his face. This is me at 12 years old watching wrestling 🤼. 69 god smh.

When Jordan said people thought Mephisto might be the reason the government didn't want Sam to be Captain America, I laughed and said, "I believe that!!!" 🤣😅😆 I do agree with Desmund that it would be better to allow Mephisto to be the cool character only within the _witchy_ parts of the MCU. I don't want to see him in everything or behind everything despite what Erik Voss is desperate to see.

It’s a mature comic book based tv show. Can Hollywood not come up with new stuff? Do you have to play follow the leader until everyone is as sick of this as they are gay cowboy movies? Tell stories that are new instead of another back story on another comic book. Is Alfred next? Or what happens if Batman’s parents didn’t die and so he turns into the American psycho? (Bret Easton Ellis might sign on to that one. He seems to be hurting for money after oking the musical and his other books sucking rocks) at least stop doing remakes of remakes of remakes. I give up. This is why I don’t subscribe to anything and just watch the free stuff. If I want to see old shit i see the original and it’s cost effective

I was watching it with a friend and within 10 minutes she asked "why the fuck would anyone still live there". Overall it was a great start and I look forward to the next episode. I think the shipment they were referring to in the show might be the drug venom.

U all missed the movie, it went over your heads.. The parents had the disease sickle cell or the traits but the children wirh supa powers didn't have the disease, go watch it again peoooooooo

I really liked it. I had two issues. 1. It seemed to drag a bit at points. 2. The ending was very anticlimactic. Outside of that, it was pretty dope.

Sadly, when Saleka got into the speaking role, Hartnett had to work extra hard keeping the tone up. Night needed to write an actress into that role, an extra role, leave Saleka what she does well. Sing. Still, hubby and I are giving it 4*. The comic spin to the cliched serial killer thriller genre is a lark! Hartnett is brilliant playing the split personality, exaggerated killer, exaggerated daddy. The dialogue! 😁 It amazes us how so many people didn’t “get” what Night and Hartnett are doing here. But no worries. They’re getting a big box office☺️

I watched episode 1, I watched episode 2, then I didn't watch anyyyyy... This show was awful. I wanted so badly for it to be good, but it was barely watchable for that first 2-episode premier. At that point, I opted to see if folks thought that it got better or worse after that. I then heard about a few points about episode 3, which included the singing/chanting thing... That really turned me off, but I was STILL hopeful to hear something good. I did hear that episode 4 was a very small step up, at least in some aspects, but that it was still not promising. After a few more episodes, I had decided that I was going to let it simmer, and see how the reviews unfolded from there and, potentially, binge watch it at the end. This turned out to be so bad, as I started to watch spoiler reviews, and had seen too much that just confirmed my initial thoughts about it, and applied as a whole; this show is unwatchable.

Jordan just had the best take on Disney Star Wars. I’ve been saying since I saw andor. Disney needs to stop trying to add to the original story. They should either jump way forward or way back and create an original story with their own characters. Like Easter eggs are fine but dragging some of the biggest characters out of the wood works just to get fan brownie points is annoying. And the original Star was story like the OG trilogy and the prequels did so well in the story telling by leaving some mystery to things NOT EVERYTHING HAS TO BE EXPLAINED. Disney needs to put out so movies too i completely agree. I think the force us shows to make Disney+ not a failure because they have such a small selection of shows with small episode count seasons like you wait a year or two for 7-10 episodes and once it’s over your like cool in a year or two I’ll open Disney plus again

This show was garbage. Nothing was good about it, not even the fight scenes. They are overly hyped. Star Wars died when the sequel trilogy came about sadly.

Absolutely my favorite movie of the year. People throw out Oscar worthy all the time but I truly feel like this is a Best Picture winner. Between Coleman Domingo and Clarence Maclin deserve nominations. Spent a the last half of this movie fighting tears man.

It wasn’t great, but The Acolyte is a TV-14 soap opera for teenaged girls. LucasFilm would do themselves a service by saying up front who the intended audience is, so all the middle aged blokes could reset their expectations before going in.

Agree more with Jordan, but like Desmond I was kinda suckered at some points thinking it had something going for it and then got whip lashed into disappointment. Like yeah the action was some of the best in awhile, but the size of the sabre hilts, the random wire-fu injection, some really poorly balanced things in certain clashes led to nonsense conclusions, all together dragged even that down. I'm mostly disappointed that once again we got a female blue collar worker mechanic former Jedi arc just like Ashoka, and then had to give it a video game rules toy droid PL-0T device to save them every ten minutes haha.
