Hi. You probably do not remember me 😅 but a few months ago I commented on your PVS LC video, and asked for tips for my 12&u 100 breast stroke race, and 50 breast stroke. Well today at RMSC Holiday Invitational (I swim for RMSC,) i dropped 5 seconds in my 100 breast, yesterday I dropped a little over a second in my 50 breast to a 34.70, and tomorrow im swimming my 200 breast. If you recall (which you probably don’t) I really wanted to make zones, but now I would say thanks to your advice, Im 0.21 seconds away for 50 breast, and only like 3 seconds to make the 100 for zones. As you said, I’ve been “locked in” 😂. Im consistently going to practices (ksac location,) and I am not really a freestyler, and our sets are usually all freestyle (Im an advanced Junior), but I have been going even when I know the set will kill me. I go because I want to get better. And like you said, its not always what you do in the pool, but also what you do out. I’ve been eating right, only homemade with lots of protein, lifting weights, stretching and I have gained almost 15 pounds in muscle. I’ve also been taking a cold shower every morning as it helps the body function. I hate the grueling cold, but I know I have to do it. I would say ur tips made me gain confidence. I hate doing what I do, but for some reason, It’s autopilot. At birthday parties I even restrict my self. And the work seems to be putting off. This wasn’t really one of my goals, but I gained a full six pack as well. So I just want to say thank you, 🤞i make zones.

Hi, I also swim for RMSC and am going to this meet tmrw. (I am swimming 100 breast and Sunday 50 breast.) Do u have any tips on how to drop some time? In the 50, im trying to go for a zone cut, which is 38, and I currently go a 42 (From last year, hopefully my time has dropped by now.) I also have divisionals on Saturday for MCSL. In the 50 breast I go a 39.36 (11-12) so an all star time. Currently I am second alternate in that. Do you have any tips for how to drop time so I can secure an all stars spot, and maybe get a zone cut in the 100 and/or 50 LCM breast?
