Pile 3. On point and I've noticed this. I bring in a lot of money to the store, very personable (clients always come back to me & my coworkers rely on me as well) & they know that I'm someone who actually cares about my job. They started sending new hires to me for training and at first I was happy to do it but then I noticed it became a habit...that's not my job so I refused. They also knew that I wanted to be promoted..he gave me the run around and then I find out that he promoted someone else. No shade to her but that decision made me realize that this is not the place I want to be a manager in. The girl they choose is an easy target to load all their work that they don't want to do onto. She's young and confused but I'm a serious person & about my money (I'm also a business student lol)...they know that. I've been applying to positions in other companies and updated my resume with new stats achieved at this job. Wish me luck 🤞🏾
