    Of course, UK employment law allows staff leasing and agency arrangements to bypass all legal process and allow any crook to do whatever the heck he wants. You might ask why they bother with any employment law at all.

    Why is it that there is so much information/support out out there online for the accuser but nothing for the accused. It feels like the accused is guilty before there is any proof. I, and others, in my org are the subject of a grievance by the same person that is clearly malicious/vexatious but they are wrapping the accuser in cotton wool and leaving the rest of us out to dry with no communication/support. What are my rights? and why is all the information about the rights of the accuser and nothing for the accused everywhere I look.

    I'm watching this after my wife was made redundant. A month before she joins back work after her 5 month maternity break. This is inhuman and already affecting her and stressful for all of us out of nowhere.
