From what I gather, John spent the last years of his life trying to be a better father/person and be present in Sean's life, which makes his death extra tragic. Not just because he was a famous and beloved musician, but because he was trying to be a better person and turn his troubled life around. Death robbed him of doing more of that when he really wanted to.

This is so heartwarming. I bet John Lennon remembers more about the songs he wrote than he does about how many illegitimate kids he fathered.

John Lennon was a wife beater blah blah blah and a horrible dad blah blah who deserted poor Julian blah blah blab. He also found it hilarious to pull legs off kittens and to spit in the faces of the elderly. I know this for a fact because I read about it on the internet years ago. So it must be true.

Truly, a precious moment between a father and son at the toddler age. I love how Sean asks the next question while John is still answering the former question. Concerning "Ringo". Both John and Paul were smart enough to know what songs that only Ringo could sing. You can really hear Ringo's heart in his voice in this song like a cry for peace and love to humanity. That's probably one reason why a child connected with the simplicity of it.
