All credit to the musicianship of Oscar, the piano makers, image and sound recordists... Or we would never have seen or heard such a wonderful thing!

Amazing this guy was! His single note runs in triplets are simply outstanding!

Jazz music is not so popular))
@@enricolongo242 However Michel Petrucciani is! XD
Two legend reunited ! Amazing groove and feeling ! ❤❤
You don't get better then this the best of the best Al and the Dukes
Who knows how to make such expressive sound on DX7? George said it was preset 11 electric piano but it sounds much more expressive - bright at high velocity and mellow at low velocity. Or maybe the point is in effects used? Chorus?
Que Maravilha!!!!!
Two of the greatest musicians EVER.
still sounds amazing and BEAUTIFUL...
That said the interprétation of this marvelous standard is awesome... as usual
Il was not recorder in 1999 as Joe Pass passed away in 1994 and Oscar already suffured a stroke that stopped him using one hand for piano playing
what an outrage, God exists!
Even the dissonant notes are singing

Just awesome beatiful way to play guau
This is a masterpiece, incredible.
0:31 so much harmonical material in just 4 seconds
simple diatonic sequence
Oscar Peterson defines the term” virtuoso “ Nuff said
❤
increadible.
I have a problem with the odometer, it doesn't count, an error in the abs causes this problem ?
There’s an Oscar Peterson in interview where completely fangirls over Art Tatum, who was an even greater virtuoso.

Listen to 'Oscar's Boogie'
I wonder what Frederic Chopin would think upon hearing this if he suddenly woke up in 1999. You could say they were both great improvisers, just in quite different styles and harmonic languages.
YO YO YO I GOT A SOLUTION. You can split the brake & turn signal wiring EASILY. This is since american cars usually have this.. see ur stock light -> U brake, it goes red, turn signal, red, hazard, red. ALL THE SAME CIRCUIT. Buy a splitter, put it in, problemo solved.. bro..... its so nice HEHE. ITS SOLVABLE!!!!
Have u got details?
Oscar Peterson; An American treasure!
All Canadian Treasure and heaven sent.
Canadian treasure...
Canadian
A North American treasure. C'mon guys throw us Yanks a bone.
Only Art Tatum could be above the great OP. You hear the RH runs but the big LH Chords the clever modulations. Yet he shared the 50's golden age with two other legends of the piano stylists such as Errol Garner. They could play any tune in any key
They are different.
Abs/Tracs Module…
My God. I have played 40 years and this man is on another planet!
The human soul: I need something. Oscar: How about this?
He makes me flick me head like a guy who is trying to flick scope in call of duty for every two bars
Once a great pianist Glenn Gould, said, if Oscar Peterson would play Bach- then I will stop play piano. This is most compliment and respect for this hilarious genius of Peterson, who to compare to most Jazz pianists practiced every day without exception. That feeling when no matter how much you practice, you will never achieve such mastery. This is genius. 👏🏻
Well said👏👏
