Robin knew he would take his own life soon after this. He knew that if this would end up being his final theatrical release then he wanted it to be perfect
Seeing this in theaters was hard. Not a dry eye in the audience. If you weren’t full on crying there was definitely tears running down the face. RIP Robin Williams. The world truly misses you.
This is one of the most emotional moments ever for me hearing him say this so close to when he lost his life and im glad i wasnt the only one who saw this
Human has no idea to do in tomorrow, but those Exhibit include Teddy, they don’t even know they can live through tomorrow. And the way Robin deliver the line is perfect and gut-wrenching. . RIP Robin Williams
I forgot just how much I enjoyed this movie, it's just so fun and charming. Robin Williams really was one of a kind, just a wonderful man who brought so much joy and laughter to this world. We miss you, Robin. :(
I didn’t realize back then this is Ben and Robin‘s last seen together. Robin Williams was a really funny man and I was so disappointed he passed away. That scene where he says smile my boy it’s sunrise always makes me tear up. RIP Robin Williams. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
1:00 Robin: Bully! Larry: Aaaaaahhhh! Robin: Ha ha ha. Gotcha. Heh heh. Smile, my boy. It's sunrise 🌅. HA!😂😂😂😂😂😂Just like in the first movie. 🤣 He gotcha again, Ben stiller. ❤😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😢 thanks for all the laughter 😃 Robin Williams 😀. 😊
That last shot of him.. the final time the world will see him on screen, but it still keeps spinning as he's remembered forever. So devastating and beautiful.
Didn’t expect to have such an emotional response to this. Seeing him in these movies hits closer to home because I saw them in theaters, most of his other iconic performances were from before my time.
Robin Williams never failed to make everyone laugh, but one of his last scenes was this, for once, he was the one laughing, Rest in Peace Robin, you'll never be forgotten
This character and the man who brought him to life were so important to me as a child. I was inspired by him, wanted to be like him. He was the father figure wished i had but never really did. Imiss him so much. It will forever be my biggest regret that I never got to meet him and tell him what he meant to me in person. I know I couldn't have possibly changed what happened. But some part of me wishes i could have just talked to him. Even once. "Smile my boy, It's sunrise"
One of the many times i wish i, or someone close to them, could reach back in time grab those we lose by the scruff of the neck and drag them to now, and say "Look! LOOK YOU BASTARD! This is what happens if you follow through with this! This much heartbreak and hurt! Thousands, millions love you! Remember that!"

I'm so glad I saw this in theaters with my mom when it first came out
I miss his comedic style. We could use it about now

What an excellent feel good scene. Makes me think that there is hope for our future.
Для мене він запам'ятався як Теодор Рузвельт у трилогії Ніч у Музеї

Hello from Kropyvnytskyi, Ukraine
If anyone is still here im willing to respond to all of your concerns about anything while paying our respects to one of the great legends in cinema.
It took me years to finally watch this movie because I wasn’t ready to say goodbye. Goodbye, Robin. And thank you.

I feel like this is Robin Williams saying goodbye to all of us
Robin Williams balanced comedy and drama well throughout his career. There will never be anyone like him ever again.
Robin Williams never failed to make everyone laugh, but one of his last scenes was this, for once, he was the one laughing, Rest in Peace Robin, you'll never be forgotten
Yes, just tell yourself that. Makes his death a little less sad by slowly suffocating.
So sad ❣️
We didn’t deserve Robin
