This is such a good example of a show that takes piles of good ideas and somehow delivers the most cookie cutter, bland, and generic anime possible. It's clear this show didn't come up with anything, they sat down and gather ideas from a bunch of other, better, stories, and then lazily taped them together. This felt like the writing had about as much effort as a first draft of a fan fiction that someone paid to animate.

People keep shitting on Sakura for plot armor and all that but Togame literally lost because he knew he was wrong. Now when it comes to whos stronger at this point its clearly Togame but to put it into perspective in the manga, they had an opponent where both Hiragi and Togame had trouble dealing with him while they fought together in a 2v1. That same opponent Sakura could take on himself. Even Togame acknowledges this.

Actually sad that the anime studio transformed the characters into more childish design, compared to the manga where they all look like proper adults(even the vibe) tbh they did MC so dirty compared to the manga
