Not comparable. Steffy's bullet only grazed past Sheila's arm and she rushed it without taking a proper aim. Sheila had a measely scratch on her arm and didn't need to be hospitalised. Sheila, on the other hand, shot Steffy's husband (he was presumed dead) and then waited until Steffy was on the ground to stand over her, point the gun DIRECTLY AT HER NECK, hold it there to stop Steffy from calling 911 to help Finn (ya know, Sheila's son who she loves oh so much?) and then finally pull the trigger. No where near the same thing. I say all this because when the Bill and Sheila storyline was happening Kimberlin Brown, in an interview, brought up the fact that Steffy shot Sheila, as if saying that would magically absolve what Sheila did to Finn and Steffy. Even though they were both shootings, the circumstances were VERY different.
