-Tomatoes (Tamatar) - 3 Medium Size (Chopped)
-Onions (Pyaz) - 2 Medium Size
-Green Cardamom (Choti Elaichi) - 9-10 pcs
-Black Cardamom (Bari Elaichi) - 3 pcs
-Red Chilli Flakes (Kuti hui lal mirch) - 3 tbsp or to taste
-2 Star Anise (Badian Ke Phool)
-Black Pepper (Sabut kali mirch) - 1 tsp
-Cumin Seeds (sabut zeera) - 2 tbsp
-Ginger Garlic Paste (Adrak lehsan paste) - 3 tbsp
-Crushed Coriander (kuta hua dhania) - 2 tbsp
-Cloves (Long) - 1 tsp
-Mace (javitri)
-Salt - 3 tbsp
-Dried Plums (sukha aloo bukhara) - 5
-Cinnamon Sticks (darcheeni) - 3-4 sticks
-Bay Leaves (Tez path ke pattay)
-Nutmeg (Jaifal)
-Chinese Salt - 1 tbsp
-Cooking Oil - 1&1/2 Cup
-Tamarind Water (Imli ka pani) - 5 tbsp
