I’m literally getting this tendon repair in a few hrs, I cut it by accident
Good luck! Hope it all went out well! 😀
@@rbm_md thanks ,I’m about to enter the OR , I’m ready , God has everything under control
I've had this procedure done twice. Its amazing how technology has come so far! I was in afib with rvr and this procedure fixed it! Im going in for a consultation to get an ablation this week🤞
This is scary
👻😅
Maybe check the newer version: th-cam.com/users/shorts0qBFe3OUEkE I am not sure whether you will find it more scary or less scary 😆
GOOD ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you, Laxminarayan! 😁
Is Stable Diffusion free? I tried to search up and can find Stability AI which does not look to be free.
Stable Diffusion is indeed Stability AI's image generation product! The model itself is free (at least the older ones, like Stable Diffusion 1.5, 2.0 and XL) if you download it and run it on your own machine, but using their API might be paid (you would essentially be paying to rent a cloud server to do the calculations, not for the model itself). You can download the models on HuggingFace. Downloading SD is not the easiest or most straightforward process, though. I would recommend searching "how to install stable diffusion" here on TH-cam and following a step-by-step video. You will probably need at least some 15Gb free on your SSD and a GPU card with 8 or more Gb of VRAM. There is also the problem of the newest model, Stable Diffusion 3.0, which is "kind of free" because the usage license at launch was so restrictive it was hard to consider it really free.
I have pulmonary sarcoidosis
I am sorry to heart that; I hope you can get the best treatment and hopefully improve long-term. Make sure you follow up with your doctor regularly to make sure your other organs remain disease-free. Although it is meant for medical doctors and thus spoken in "technical" terminology, you can learn more about Sarcoidosis as a whole if you want to on my 12-min video th-cam.com/video/i0XgwrJneoA/w-d-xo.htmlsi=RG0d6V0ZLM93dra- .
My gpa died from sarcoidosis
I am sorry to hear that. Sarcoidosis has indeed a good prognosis for most patients, but I understand that offers little respite to those afflicted with the more severe forms of the disease.
Where are you from?
I am from Brazil! Did you recognize my accent? 😅
@@rbm_md we always recognize each other, amigo, parabéns pelo vídeo, ficou muito bom

This disease has ruined my life.
I am sorry to hear that. I hope you can find more success in your future treatment plans and eventually improve as much as possible.
@@rbm_md Thank you so much. Sorry. I was in a spiral yesterday. Really depressed.
No worries! Make sure you also follow up with a psychologist or psychiatrist if necessary! Looking after your mental health is also an important part in attempting to lead a productive life in the face of chronic illness.
@@rbm_md Thank you so much. Yes, it’s really important. I have a great therapist I see virtually every week.
My father just had this done so scary !
Yes, I assume it must really be when the patient is someone close to you, particularly if you are not yourself very familiar with the procedure!
Sir how much excepted age will leave like think of patent. Cctga with small vsd
That is a question I find hard to answer, for two reasons. Firstly; because CCTGA is somewhat rare, there are not many studies involving large amounts of patients, and some of those that exist are old and may be outdated. Secondly, because it varies so much between patients regarding severity, mostly the presence of associated defects. Hence you will find many different answers to that. Tracking Long-Term Outcomes of Children Who Undergo Complex Heart Surgery from Michigan Medicine ( www.michiganmedicine.org/health-lab/tracking-long-term-outcomes-children-who-undergo-complex-heart-surgery ), for example, claims "Survival was 85%, 82%, and 70% at one, 10, and 20 years after repair, respectively.". On Medscape, "Ten-year survival rate ranges from 64-83% from the time of diagnosis and is dependent on associated anomalies." On "Congenitally Corrected Transposition of the Great Arteries: Mid-term Outcomes of Different Surgical Strategies" (www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8850704/), "The overall 10-year survival and freedom from reoperation rate was 86.7 and 82.4%, respectively.". On "The long-term outcomes of physiologic repair for ccTGA" (pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/25964161/), " Overall survival at 10 and 20 years were 95.5 and 90.2 %". As to life expectancy overall, if there ever was a study that evaluated it, I am currently oblivious to it.
im here because im 23 weeks pregnant and my doctor found out that my baby has CONGENITAL Heart disease the TRICUSPID VALVE atresia not developed i dont what my baby to die

How do I contact you? I suffer from excessive sweating of the hands and feet. I lost my job. I suffer from psychological torment. I have lost the joy of life because of the severe sweating I suffer from. Whoever can help me, please.🙏🙏🙏
@@azizberrak424 Hello, Aziz! I am sorry to hear that. Like I said in the video, your best call is to either seek your primary healthcare provider or to schedule a consultation with a local dermatologist or thoracic surgeon! You may attempt to contact me over Instagram (@rbm_md), but I'm afraid there isn't much more I could add that I haven't already said in the video.
Junctional SVT, is there a procedure to fix this? I have been searching for months for a procedure to fix this so that the patient will no longer have junctional SVT. Doctors said they can't fix it because it's at the junction. I need to find a solution.
It would be better to just refer the patient to a Cardiology service, they will be able to better assess the problem. Is this a congenital case or a post-cardiac surgery patient, for example? Nevertheless, have you tried reading the JACC's Guideline for the Management of Adult Patients With Supraventricular Tachycardia? www.jacc.org/doi/10.1016/j.jacc.2015.09.019 Junctional Tachycardia is covered on Section 8, particularly Table 8.2 - Recommendations for Ongoing Management of Junctional Tachycardia
@@rbm_md The patient has had a procedure hoping to oblate the spot that was causing SVT. That's when the team discovered it was junctional and the origin of the cause for the SVT was the AV node. We have not been able to find a solution to stop their SVT from occurring again, being told if they were to oblate then the patient would have to be on a pacemaker the rest of their life, which is not desired at this time. We are told that the patient's case is extremely rare and is only read about in textbooks (the team has never seen it before). We have seen several cardiologists, and unfortunately we are at a standstill. I am hoping that there is a specialist out there who can help us. I would do anything to find a solution.
Cute
😅😆
Very helpful thank you, Betanho Martins! Can stable diffusion generate anatomically accurate images for journal publications?
Glad you found it useful, Joseph! Thank you for your comment! 😀 The short answer is "no". You can, however, use its Img2Img feature to do a "hybrid workflow": drawing the structures by hand and then using AI to make your drawing look more like a real picture. I discuss the alternatives and workarounds more thoroughly on my "Master AI Art for Medicine and Healthcare" video: th-cam.com/video/EgZAhPdvz5Y/w-d-xo.htmlsi=JiF7YAVZm2N-8DnZ I mostly use AI for art, however, and prefer to draw or model my educational animations and illustrations by hand, because the accuracy is still much greater than AI. If you are interested, I encourage you to check my Instagram (@rbm_md). I also offer classes and consulting services on Generative AI for Medicine, so you can also hire me to personally teach you or assist you in your project!

My daughter had TAPV connection surgery at 1 month old. She is 16 and we are in hospital with her having a big bleed in chest. ER said nothing to do with heart but now 4 days later they are listening to me & saying it could be related but they don’t know why or how to fix. Do you have any idea why she would start coughing up lots of blood 16 years later? Sorry for this kind of question but I am doing all I can to research untill they give us some answers 🤞 thanks for great video
Thank you for your compliment, Amanda! I film my videos thinking of med students, but it is also refreshingly positive to hear they've helped someone understand their own or a relative's condition 😀 Concerning your daughter's situation, I totally understand why you would ask me it, but I am afraid I am going to give you the reply you already expected: that it is impossible for me to give any useful advice because I am unable to examine her, look at her imaging studies, talk to her or check her previous records. Therefore, any counselling I give runs the risk of being grossly misjudged. Her best chance to get a correct diagnosis is always with the medical team that is actively around her and seeing her daily. From far away I can offer only my wishes for her quick recovery 🙂

Yes, it takes some patience to convince Dall-E to take the pictures you really want! My best tip: Use unusual orders in the first description, such as: "Pretty giantesses help old motorcyclists in stormy seas" th-cam.com/video/2D8Bf2OtooI/w-d-xo.html
Indeed. Ironically enough, I've also found out that deleting your original query and slightly rephrasing your request sometimes works.
@@rbm_md I'd use another trick. For instance: American Artist Robert Crumb ist banned from DALL-E. So "Make a pic in the style of Robert Crumb! is rejected. But ask the programm: "What is the specific style of Robert Crumb?" and you will get a precise answer. Use exact this answer without naming "Robert Crumb" for your description of the style you want and you get your picture.
