I clamped it with full tight, but the part move in sideways very easily(slide across). (Note: It happens if i hammer it in side ways). What if i do Machining, for production??with theses effect? Will i get reliable parts???

240p resolution? That is unacceptable. You are in an industry that demands the highest quality and highest precision. What do you think it says to clients that view your videos when you don't care about the video quality? "Maybe the quality of their products suffer too?" "Maybe they aren't very good if they can't afford to shoot in 1080p @ 60 fps...." You are marketing yourselves....if it's not worth overdoing and going all out....it's really not worth doing. Raise the quality of video, both in regards to the content in the video and the actual resolution itself.

What is the need for the special lockdown to tighten the plate down? Why not just use a regular bolt and use the diamond pins for locating?
