May I ask the benefits of cuticle removal? I believe the nail techs I had in the past did mine wrong because mines are always tender or bleed, makes me scared to go back to get my nails done :(

Love your step by step video, but in the beginning you glued the tips on top of other tips. Im guessing is so they won’t move when filing. But my question is, do you blend them from the back at the end of application or just leave them like that? How can someone wear them like that?
