Mr. Wrestling II was the first wrestler I saw with Gordon Solie when I first turned on Georgia Championship Wrestling way back in 1981. It was and will always be a cherished memory of mine. Thank you Mr. Wrestling II for doing professional wrestling the way it always should be done. Mr. Wrestling II just got it. From being a hero to his fabulous heel turns. Absolutely one of the best of all time!!!!!

The first time I came to NCW, I actually didn't know that this show was a tribute to not just Daffney, but also Steve "The Brawler" Lawler. It was hard to tell because of the speakers in the arena. I'm so sorry for your loss, but all I can say is, you guys have done made him proud. Good to finally meet you and a few others in person.
