Mary appeared to me once in an open eyed vision. It was for around a minute. She was glowing with such bright light i had to.turn my face She spoke nothing audible but somehow She spoke to me in my mind. It was a deeply personal thought She transfered to me. And all at once i felt so convicted of my sin and the realization that Jesus was real i underwent the dark night of the soul ( i had no idea that there was such a thing at that point) for months and months, i walked around in guilt and shame everyday was spent in tears of repentance. Since then ive gone back to Church , did a face to face confession and ive been praying the Rosary everyday and somehow ive attained that peace that defies understanding that Jesus spoke of in the new testament. As far as Martin Luthers christianity goes... i find it impossible to give any creedance to a religion that was institutionalized by a man that authored a book called "On Jews and Their Lies " and aside from the title being rudeness personified , this is an evil worthless piece of the puzzle that is Martin Luther. In this book (written late in luthers career so it shows his true colors ) he encouraged the burning down of homes, schools and synagogues and the nazi party even used quotes from this book to further their propaganda and to convince the german people that antisemitism had a long Christian history. Fr. Calloway speaks the truth. Our Lady is asking us to pray for her intercession in this world. Our brokenness needs to be healed. Our Lady is pointing the way to Christ through the rosary. Holy Mother of God pray for us.

Francis went into the midst of the crusades without a sword. I don't need a sword. Sure i have a bunch in my garage because i taught martial arts for years. But the sword doesn't make the man a man. I'll follow a man with the Bible in one hand and rosaries in the other before i follow somebody with a sword.

Catholicism makes it about Mary not scripture, they take the scriptures where it speaks of Mary and completely take them outa context, , taking people's eyes of the one saviour jesus christ, Mary was just a woman, a blessed woman, but no more blessed than anyone who trust in christ alone for salvation, the scriptures point to christ and Him alone, do not be deceived by catholic church and its false teachings, what Tim staples says and others like him say sound good, but anyone that knows the true gospel of jesus christ, knows that what they say is completely contrary to what scripture teaches, it's all about jesus, they are teaching false doctrines about Mary, they are more concerned about Mary and what is believed about her than christ Himself, christ jesus was truly God truly man, Mary was just a Jewish woman who also needed a saviour, catholic church is deceiving people, they are deluded and corrupt, false gospel and false doctrines,

I have to mention this that as God had made us humans in his image and the human stock is from a father and a mother to bring forth children through child baring,then because we’re the image of God then what is the Father Son and Holy Spirit mean for obviously they are not One Person but Persons,they are definitely Three Divine Persons which seems to reveal that they are a FAMILY and that’s why all those who are saved as humans are called the children Of GOD.

I think of the Luminous Mysteries as our journey as Catholics, beginning with our Baptism, education of Our Lady at Cana, education of Jesus with the Proclamation of the Kingdom, the Transfiguration so we see Him as both God and Man, and the Eucharist we celebrate at Mass. I think it is beautiful ❤️

Now it happened that while Jesus was saying these things, one of the women in the crowd raised her voice and said to Him, “Blessed is the womb that bore You and the breasts at which You nursed.” But He said, “On the contrary, blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it.” - Luke 11:27-28 Perfect opportunity for Jesus to elevate mariology rather than rebuke the very claim the RCC makes concerning Mary! It's easy to add to scripture when you have an agenda and have given yourself authority and claim it is from heaven. You know it's from God when what was already written (bible) and as time and events unfold the mysteries of the scriptures are revealed, only God can do that. Man adds to and creates mysteries after the fact under the guise of "tradition,". There is good reason mariology is the Achilles heal if RC doctrine because the Mary of scripture was a slave of God and a sinner like the rest of us according to her own words. Other examples are the pope, indulgence, Popery, purgatory... none in scripture, but all added through "tradition".

Are seminarians taught to say Mass in Church or Cathedral properly dressed? I was wondering why I see a certain priest who celebrates Mass occasionally apparently not wearing any pants under his priestly robes and also wearing sandals instead of shoes. Should I be upset by this sort of unemployed behavior? This is the only priest that I have ever been exposed to that does this. Is it normal, and is it some sort of protest? I am uncomfortable when I witness this sort of thing. Should I be?

You are right she went through suffering. Jesus died and Mary was dying and she died. When Jesus rose, he got his mother tòo and raised her up back to life. Mary knows her son because he is just like her. One in Spirit.

John 19:26, 27 Jesus was referring to John when he said to Mary “woman your son.” Then to John “behold your mother.” John and Mary are who Jesus is talking about here. As firstborn, Jesus presented his mother to John for the responsibility to care for his mother as Jesus died on the cross. “From that hour John took Mary into his household.”
