The property is beautiful. The house could be, but, definitely needs to upgrades.
I could definitely see myself living here...the house and property are very nice. The garage apartment is great as well. I would be concerned with the hot tub on the upper level of the deck. In the aerial drone shots, it just doesn't look well supported beneath the tub for that kinda weight.
Beautiful estate. Its so big and tall you'd need staff to clean it.
