@@MountSweden yes, she loves to be outside now! But, it has been 'warm' here the last couple of days. So then she doesn't have any problems. Hei! Its also ok to use English, i just want to test translator. Here in Finland is much broblems with chimneys when oil heater is not in use anymore, but luckily you have those fireplaces that keeps it warm and dry 😊

@@J-MSirkka-dm5nr yes indeed lucky for us we still fireplace! We had an chimney inspection a couple of months ago, and the inspector said it's also good for the ventilation system of our house when we light up the fireplace in the basement. So today its time to make a fire😉

@@katieyeager1953 Hey, thanks for your comment. Yes, all our other video's are filmed normally (sideways). This video, we filmed over a year ago. We didn't intend it to go on youtube. But now we started a youtube channel about our life here, we thought it would be fun to post on youtube. Indeed to bad its filmed sideways, but still a fun video I think, because of our genuine reactions.

Yes its really hard to do anything here without bank id! I am not sure, but I think someone commented on one of our video's that since this year its required to have a Swedish bank account to purchase a house here. I am not sure if this is true, but the real estate agent could definitely tell you. And to open a bank account you would need a samordningsnumret or personnummer. I hope it's not the case that a Swedish bank account is required as it will be almost impossible for anyone else, even if an EU citizen like myself, to purchase a house. I suppose it just depends on the estate agent and what they require and of course the seller also.

@@IreneTozetti-v5n Well, we're certainly not rich people. We have had been lucky our house in the Netherlands went up a lot in value so we could do this. It was sort of a gamble, but we did do everything we could to make sure the house was in good condition. We ordered an inspection for example. Maybe we will make a video sometimes, about how we were able to do this

@@nancysmith9425 Thank you so much again☺️☺️ No we didn't know if they would leave stuff behind. And we certainly didn't know they would leave a tractor behind🤩 That's why we came with a caravan. We thought we would have to buy a lot of things before we could sleep and live in the house! So we were so pleasantly surprised about everything! In Sweden it is pretty common through, to leave behind a lot of things. But the real estate agent didn't tell us they would leave everything! After a couple of weeks we invited the previous owners for a coffee. They assured us that everything they left was ours (really nice people) ☺️

@cynic7049 aha didn't know it is not the case in urban areas. We didn't know it was normal here when we first came here. In the Netherlands you always have to empty your house when you sell it.

@@nenikiato3230 haha, you're right! We are Dutch. Our language has a lot of similarities with Swedish (and English). So its easier for us, compared to Spanish or French speaking people

He was a superstar in sweden and he is from Holland, he made songs both in swedish and dutch 👍 he is my favorite artist, this song - " Cornelis Vreeswijk - Dans Om De Bom " have he made in both swedish and dutch.
