Delivery Man Falls. Try not to laugh. LOL!
มุมมอง 742 ปีที่แล้ว
Today we had some furniture delivered. The delivery man was probably hoping no one noticed....lol.
Proving to the kids the Easter Bunny exists!
มุมมอง 6816 ปีที่แล้ว
My kids are getting older and wanted proof the Easter Bunny exists so they set up a video camera to see him. As a dad I knew I had to do something to keep them believing.... lol
Toucan Clock
มุมมอง 7K10 ปีที่แล้ว
I purchased clock plans from Clayton Boyer, an amazing clock designer, and used them to build this beautiful clock. I'm very happy with the way it turned out. It keeps great time. I look forward to building another clock very soon :) Check out Clayton Boyer's site if you want to build your own : www.lisaboyer.com/Claytonsite/Claytonsite1.htm
How NOT to kill a mouse
มุมมอง 37410 ปีที่แล้ว
Mike and I discovered a family of mice (or more accurately voles) living under our shed. We set a bunch of mouse traps to try and get rid of them. Here is a video of one of them... and don't worry, he's not harmed in the video :P
Building Our Shed - Timelapse Video

Mike and I built a shed in my backyard and took a picture every 30 seconds of our progress. Here are all the pictures thrown together in a video. Enjoy :)

So funny 😐
It’s fake? Your content is trash
This guy somehow built a nice shed that is still standing, but cant remember to put the e-brake on when parking 😅
You don't need to be smart to swing a hammer
@@ryanritten1977 true! Thank god you’re not someone that deals with complex logic and important data, like a software developer or something. Construction seems good for you
How many times do we have to tell you? That Civic is NOT self driving!
Maybe Lisa will let me get a Tesla now 😂
I did something like this a month ago with plans from Woodglut.
Beautiful shed but no subframe!
Fantastic video Ryan, certainly this one will go viral.
Oh man I'm going to hell.... lol
Absolutely informative. Next time build away from boundary wall. 👌
I wish i can do the same speed !!!)))
Badass man
Rafters - 2x4 or 2x6 ? Ridge beam - 2x6 or 2x8 Good Video BTW Speed was abit Quick- maybe upload another shed build not sooo Fast Speed Slower
Looks like 2x4 for the walls which were on 2 foot spacing. Half inch osb is ok for roof if you don't expect lots of snow in your area and a 2x6 ridge would be ok with those rafter ties, you could leave out the ridge and put the ties lower down.
Stick to building sheds cause i want that 51 seconds of my life back!
Lol, hope you are doing well.
I find it funny I make a silly video for my kids for Easter, and I get 3 times more dislikes on the video than thumbs up... what is wrong with the world? lol
NO ITS Not
THAT IS FAKE
Also what are your dimensions
The shed was 10x12 in size
How much did you spend on materials
Maybe $1500 CAD
If only multiplayer came back.
Looks good but no felt paper under the shingles??
No tar paper for roof?
Wow!! I have so much to learn...this was fast...but insightful...thank you
What's with the Omen style music? Is this an "Evil" shed?
Looks great !
People watch shed building videos and try to give advise to the guy that actually built something, get off your lazy asses (youtube nerds) go build some shit yourself then post it... Debbie downer fuckers, Any way great job dude, nice shed
Music is a bit epic, but good video.
I would put it on blocks and stained the floor boards
Hi .. Did you use 3/4 inch for the frame? Im building one at the moment. I am planing to go a little thicker than the 1/2 in the plans.
I used whatever size was suggested in the blueprints
what kind of material do you use for build ? it looks pretty cheap but awsome.
What is the name of that song!?
Darude - sandstorm
They weren't long days... and the shed
great job.
A suggestion. rent a crane or forklift. lift the shed and install a foundation , slab, or at least piers so it will be off the ground before it starts to rot. otherwise all your time, money will go to waste. do it once ,do it right. such a nice shed with a very poor foundation.
That is the first thing that went through my head...no slab/cement/foundation of any kind. The wood used for the base didn't even seem to be water sealed. $$$ Lost
No tar paper on roof just shingles on wood
Everything great. except the foundation. wood directly on top of dirt. regardless if It is pressured treathed it will fail, rot. how are you going to replace the floor joist when they rot. the foundation is the most important in a building. other thing the walls and siding in direct contact with ground. all that work will be a waste will rot in couple of years.
Nice Video! Forgive me for chiming in, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you thought about - Mahorrla Wooden Paradise Method (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is a good one off guide for building better sheds and woodworking without the normal expense. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cooworker at very last got astronomical success with it.
they also forgot to use tar paper on the roof...
How did the trap not spring?
how much does it total cost for materials
maybe $1500 for everything
awesome video! good job guys. what is the size of it?
i like the video, great looking shed too! One question: why didn't you guys put supports under the floor to get it off the ground? I don't guess your afraid of early wood rot?
it is pressure treated lumber so it should be good for a while...
I just tore out pressure treated lumber that was directly at ground level.. the shed was rotting from everywhere and if you put landscapers tarp underneath the water does not have anywhere to go. I literally had wells of water below that I had to sort with. I built this one off the ground using stone blocks. You'll get 5-10. years at ground level
Why not build the eiffel tower while you're there?
Looks good but god damn 9 days😂 2 men should do that within 4 days at the very most.
They weren't long days... and the shed was built to perfection. We didn't rush anything.
your local building code let you build that close to your property lines?
the size of shed we built is allowed to go right to the property line. Any bigger and we would have needed too add a foot between the fence and the shed
Congratulations. Great looking shed.
How much for all materials?
I think $1600 cad
what thickness of osb did you guys use on the roof?
The shed was 10x12 in size. I'm sorry we don't have plans for the shed as we made it up as we went :)
Ryan Ritten kk
Nice job 👍😆 what size is it?
Looks very well done. Can you guys share the plans and material details? It will be of great help as I'm trying to build a 10x12 shed myself.
I've set up a trap, and there are 3 mice in the trap, but I dont know how to get rid of them peacfully
