GTA 4 runs poorly on just about every config, but it should run it if it has the NVS 5200m with gddr5. Sims 4 should be fine.

It comes preinstalled, soldered to the motherboard. I don't think you can remove it or add one to a system that is missing it.

Does you laptop have an NVIDIA card, but Fortnite is using the Intel HD instead? Or are you asking if you can add a NVIDIA GPU to the laptop. If it is the first one, right click on your desktop and choose Nvidia Control Panel. Then create a new profile for Fortnite and set the GPU option to use High Performance NVIDIA graphics. If you don't have an NVIDIA GPU now you can't really add one. I have the same laptop too i5, 16gb ram, Intel hd 4000 & Nvidia NVS 5200. Upgrading to the i7 qm next week

it is best to use i7 cpu but u can also use egpu with those laptops for games that require better gpu

I have Rocket League, but do not have access to this laptop at the moment. If I am able to gain access to it again (family member has it), I will try to make another video.

No, the laptop is pretty thick and has a solid thermal solution. I did clean it thouroghly and apply new thermal paste.

Not really, lag is more of a product of a poor network connection or poor server performance. Graphically it is not pretty (all lowest settings), but performance is fairly consistent and smooth (at ~30fps). A PS4 or Xbox One would have much better performance and visuals. This is more like a Switch or mobile phone by comparison.

Sure, that cpu is roughly the same as what I tested. Only the QM i7 is actually a quad core chip.

@@mzubairfighters2940 What OS are you using and did you install it yourself or did it come with the laptop (like from Dell). Dell can sometimes prevent "generic" drivers from replacing their drivers. You can solve this by doing a clean install of Windows on the device.

@@06hilltopper i install windows 8.1 from yourself. Now i updated nvs driver but yet not playing games with smoothness even pubg mobile plyaing in 20 fps. I think driver problem or something

@@mzubairfighters2940 Sorry for the delayed reply, I missed your comment. For one, I would recommend upgrading to Windows 10 (can still be done for free using the Media Creation Tool from Microsoft). I would then update drivers again. After that, use Nvidia Control Panel to make sure that your games are all set to use the NVS 5200m instead of your integrated intel GPU. Performance isn't going to be stellar, but you should be able to play many newer titles at 600-720p at low settings at 30+ fps.

I was going half speed as well, but Cheat Engine makes the game feel more fluid. Also, I had already cleared the enemies in that camp or there would have been graphical glitches everywhere.

06hilltopper I've tried everything I can think of and nothing will record DOOM when using Vulkan. ReLive doesn't work, OBS doesn't work... idk.

What is your CPU? I am using an i5-2500k at 4.5ghz in the video. I also set the priority to High using a custom shortcut similar to this: cmd.exe /c start "No Mans Sky" /High "C:\GOG\No Mans Sky\NMS.exe"

You should see similar results. The game isn't very cpu limited under vulkan. You can always try the demo for free on steam.
