I agree that card insert should also be inside the bag… it would’ve been much cuter…The company seems to be a great copycat but not necessarily a good designer on some things.

Thank you for these reviews. I agree 100% on the branding on the phone bag. Weird that she decided to place it there and so large! I also don’t like it on the zipper pull but can live with that. Truthfully I think she needs a new brand name altogether. The products are beautiful and they are cheapened by the logo. You just sold me on the cream pochette. I have it in black and have been going back and forth on the cream one!

Thank you for the video! Personally, I was very disappointed with this box, it was a huge letdown. I thought it was the worst way to end an otherwise really special long-running experience. I also really disliked that they acted like the keys were part of the core crate, when in reality together they cost $80 extra. I'm sorry your ball was broken, my mug handle arrived broken too. But open up the cracker cuz there's a small sticker and keychain inside that were to me the best items. Just as a side note tho, I had a really hard time hearing you. I had to put full volume on, plus the speaker up to my ear. But then the rustling from the items was loud 😂 just fyi for your next video.
