You can replace the thermostat with Normally Open Bi metallic switch. For it uses less space. Edit: the thermostat module is way better though.

Hello I have followed the steps and I have it echo as in your video with the same components but it happens to me that the voltage goes from 14 to 24 volts and that section cannot be regulated, also when turning the potentiometer to the right it decreases and when turning to the left increases the voltage does it backwards, any idea that I could have done wrong Thank you

nice box (apart from the fact, that it doesn't seem to be too trustworthy for daily, heavy usage :) ) ...beyond that a tip from an experienced: you should NEVER solder strands at cable-ends that are clamped with screws - for the moment it works fine, but the connection points start to oxidize over time and slowly you get contact problems (strange disturbances, "noise", cracking, high contact resistance and when there are higher currents there will be high punctual current densities which means: dangerous heat development and sometimes even burning) ... use cable lugs, clamp them properly and it will be fine until the hell freezes over ;)

my god, the box is beautiful. i did the similar thing with a chieftec atx psu, one step up, two step downs, soldering iron temp controller and outlet for 24v soldering iron, plus two separetly grounded channels... but i used stupid wooden box... didn't have skills of hindu urdu "plug led in mains" hackers...
