In 2009 I decided to make some changes. I lost 60 pounds and to celebrate I ran a half marathon. I kept the weight off until 2020 I gained some back during the pandemic and when I quit alcohol. This year, a drunk driver totaled my car. Reinforcing that decision. I’m asking you to use this energy to inspire other people. Not purposely, just follow through fabulously and be honest. Finally....someone who doesn't have those ugly, long nails on their fingers. I find this issue about IP6 to be somewhat concerning because I have been taking an IP6 supplement for trying reduce calcium, I don't know how to tell if it has or not but one thing I did notice is that made my blood sugar lower ever since taking it as I'm type 1 diabetic. Now I don't know what to think about IP6.

Daiya is the worst thing I've ever eaten. I like the Follow Your Heart American and Mozzarella slices, The Chao cheese Creamy Original is very good. I've been seeing the Miyoko Cheese at my local store but dang it's expensive ! I really would love to try them though! Enjoyed the video. 🌻

Good video! My latest method is to soak beans for a total of 36 hrs. I rinse every 12 hours. I add a couple tablespoons of whey and a tablespoon of organic rye flour which contains a large amount of phytase which breaks down the phytates.

I can't wait to try Miyoko's cheeses. Re the Vegan Gourmet, that is their older cheese. Tastes gross plain but melts just like mozzarella on pizza! I love it for pizza. Have you tried Miyoko's mozzarella yet?
