Ugh, that beginning battle…Bunch of sentimental saps turning their backs on an opponent they just assume is dead. Hug AFTER turning the enemy into ashes. And then immediately forgetting about Freya, “because party”, when they have already weakened her to fleeing and Homare has already shown she can track her, is insane. It’s like they’re all completely wet noobs, despite the number of ridiculously OP opponents they’ve faced. There’s no way they would act like that anywhere other than a gacha game because they’re just now endangering the person they and dozens of others have sacrificed a LOT of time and energy and blood to rescue and resurrect.

I thought I watched all the vids…which chapter had Kokkoro find the party in the real world and Akira give Yuuki the restore program? Edit: Ah, nevermind. I see they were showing that scene out of chronological order to advance the gameworld Sheffy scenario.

I’m just glad I’m not the one strategizing character choice and order…I and another guy would fight the battles first then tell the rest of the clan how to waltz through it. Did that for most of the zone stages too.

Man, the one character I would not be able to get on with would be Miyako. She’s obnoxiously selfish. The one moment in a character story I thought she was going to have a redemption arc and share what she had gotten, nope, ate it all. And her power to turn enemies into pudding so she can eat them is ghoulish, at least as presented in the anime. She’s so lazy she will skip turning the acres of monsters outside the encampment into pudding, but bother someone for hours at a stretch to give her pudding instead. Consider Lyrael’s patience and kindness, and Miyako was banned from entering Geo Teogonia entirely.

I bet if we could see hospital records, Wakana is adopted.

I’m not sure if I’m amazed or disturbed that Io has an innate ability to transform into demon S&M mistress bunny girl that easily. Yuuki will forever regret not feigning a difficulty in eating spicy foods and pretending he needs advanced ed from sensei in the subject.

Kokkoro is being badass on both sides of the game screen. Considering the elapsed real world time she’s not more than 11 years old. Nice to see they haven’t forgotten about Arisa. Hopefully Djeeta gets some screen time soon as well. When Lily said she wanted to train, I was thinking of someone like Ruka, or Rei, or even Jun…then just the opposite falls out of the tree. All credit to Lily, though. She made it across the onsen pool surface with those goofy contraptions on her feet, then faded from existence like Ayumi…girl has skills and quick learning ability, but no confidence.

Nephy-Nella has a real world player name. She reminds me a bit of Misato and Io, especially with kids. Makes me wonder if she was a real world teacher who was just a bit more ambitious when playing the game to get so many levels and powers.

Spoiler: . . . . . . Is this the first 7 Crown to show up in the post-escape stories? I’m guessing that makes it likely this us foreshadowing she’s the first that Yuuki’s group encounters directly in the real world scenario. I’m also pretty incredulous nobody told Nahna to give Kokkoro the feather to put away when they arrived at the scene. Nobody could not possibly see that coming, leaving a powerful artifact in the hands of a rabbit that couldn’t earlier hold on to a candy, and didn’t recognize the power artifact when it was earlier plainly described to everyone as likely being a feather.

I certainly wasn’t expecting Lou to materialize out of the nether-realms. She and Nahna standing so close together must create some sort of cerebral black hole. Also they were kind of dropping the ball on not having Yuuki at least try powering up KaleidoPhoenix to transform back to human form.

while Mutsu......er.....Fubuki is pretty much a naughty and bratty person in the end, she is shown a bit melted and grown affection toward Yuuki. yeah, even a hardcore mesugaki like Fubuki can't avoid being charmed by Yuuki lolz 😂😂😂

the story is surprisingly sweet, considering Nebbia is a prankster fairy. but as usual, Yuuki has a power to melt any kind of girl in front of him, so of course Nebbia would be totally in love with him too, like other girls. even Nebbia tries to arrange a date with him in the dream world. now I wonder, how Yuuki will handle the more pranking and brattier girl like Fubuki? I'll wait for your video that tell about her character story.......

Hey! I just learned that the Princess Connect! Re: Dive Thailand version will be ending its service on December 4th (1 month from now). As an English version refugee, I feel sad for Thai players, but at least they are luckier than us because the Thai publisher has tried very hard to maintain the game, unlike us who were abandoned by Crunchyroll. So now, only the East Asia versions are still active. 😢😢
