You mention how everyone is more advantaged than you but Not everyone is as privileged as you - people dying of cancer, dealing with war etc. I get your mindset as it’s a mental health illness, but it’s all about changing your cognitive thoughts. CBT is a great help. Coming from a place of support as I too suffer with this

I get bouts of these feelings and it’s so overwhelmingly scary. Social anxiety is a private war against yourself. You’re not alone and all we can do is fight it bit by bit each day. Fake it until you make it, what have you got to lose - it will definitely get better. It’s your current funk and environment at this time - this isn’t permanent ❤ You have the power to make the changes (if we always do what we’ve always done, we always get what we’ve always got). It helps me to try and put these things into perspective, we’re just a pip on this earth! Positivity breeds positivity! I’m not religious so don’t understand the trust put on god - this somehow psychologically makes it seem out of your control which will not help mindset.

I didn't start learning till late forties that most of my relatives especially my mother have always been very narcissistic psychopathic neglectful and abusive to me my whole life , theyve stolen everything from me, they've literally used me as a satanic human sacrifice my whole life. Id talk with you any time if it would help you except im probably even worse off so i know how you feel being all alone especially having evil hateful destructive family. Listen to Alice DeeJay song "Better Off Alone". You are probably better off with no friends than with fake ones that will only use you and talk smack about you behind your back. Maybe go to a church and attend a Bible study to get more connections.

I know that feeling. I'm twenty-three years old just like you. For years, I've felt alone in my life lots of times and it really sucks. This is why I like going outside and interacting with people in the real world. When I'm in my room just sitting on my computer, I feel alone and I the problems in my life really get to me. When I do go out and interact with people, it feels great. Having friends (especially real life ones) does improve people's happiness. The feeling of loneliness is a depressing feeling. Nobody's there to hang out with you or be by your side. There are many people in this situation who want to have friends and it's sad that not that many people care about the lonely people in this world.

This is the first video of yours I've seen, but I just wanted to say that I quite appreciated it for its sincerity. I think you should give yourself more credit, this isn't just some 'entertainment' in that sense, for people who don't care, it's actually the opposite. I've had struggles with mental health, and although they're not totally parallel, I know exactly how it feels to get in that mental stink, and watching this video reminds me it's not something that happens in isolation. I've been there many times, and I think I'm there now as well, but it comes in ebbs and flows. Wishing you the best on your journey. I imagined mine would be a straighter path, with more solid direction, but I realize there's much more to explore. I'm not much older than you, but we're not old people, even if it feels like at times others seem light years ahead. I hope you're able to find enjoyment in your journey. It is something I'm trying to practice finding in mine, as well.

I would love to be 23, stuff no friends just be happy to be alive, join a friend's group like 18 to 30, believe me I have had a hard life abuse when I was a kid and a psycho partner who nearly killed me but these things pass and life can take a change when you least expect. I have no family members, other than my two grown up kids who have their own lives. But believe me it makes you stronger, I had the life of hell for years, now I love life, life is fantastic, I would love to have a brother, even one who drove me mad but don't have one, no perants or family members. No friends really due to my life of abuse, but I LOVE LIFE period
