I've been working with 4 days week (monday to thursday) for almost 5 years now and it's something i really appreciated when employed. Now that I'm having my own business as UI/UX designer I also often work every day (but maybe not 8hrs but like 2-3hrs on the weekends) But I'm working for myself so like that - if i'm going to be employed again I will choose the 4 day work week again - it also helped me doing side projects etc. I believe especially as a creative we need to get away from the projects to get a new perspective - but i wouldn't like working 40hrs in 4 days - it only helps if you can work 8hrs for 4 days imo

In my opinion 4 day work and 3 days off should not be implemente cuz the problem is overtime in japan ppl really work 10-12 hours. If they do this company will increase working hours. 5 days work and 2 days off 8 Hours is one of the best.
