In Montana, where my daughter lives, they (the police) came by her home. Not arrest her but to let her know if she doesn’t show up she will be.

Unfortunately, this has been going on for decades now. They are in other countries calling into the US pulling this scam or worse. Also, again unfortunately, most Americans PII (Personally Identifiable Information) has been compromised by the very companies and agencies who are supposed to protect it. Just about every week companies from Experian, Wells Fargo, to ATT report a data breach. Be on your guard but know this, since they require all of our information just to get an email address or open an APP; all of that information is now accessible, just from the email address. IMHO Sorry for the long comment. Thank you for the video and stay safe everyone. 🙏

Mine was an “attorney” called me saying I was going to be served that evening by a process server for I don’t even remember what. I called the process servers office for the state & tracked down numbers for the woman & her boss the supposed attorney. Needless to say, they were never heard from again.

One minute and 15 seconds into it right when you said somebody called and said she missed jury duty you know it’s a scam they won’t call you they’ll send you a letter..Full stop.

Thanks to all these lying presidents who moved in several million in droves from other countries and allowed them access to this vulnerable weak ass country! That I have had several foreign scam attempts and even identity theft! Everyone and their momma info is absolutely taken automatically on all social medias that was not ever designed for personal protection to not expose and sell it on the dark web only to find out it is there.🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🪬

She should have cameras everywhere in and around her home. She should also stay somewhere else until she knows she and her children are safe.

This had red flags from jump street... I understand she was panicking thinking the law was issuing a arrest warrant but these matters are easily remedied simply by calling the local law enforcement of the area in question... if there are warrants for your arrest they'll be able to tell you over the phone. And if she was told she missed jury duty on a federal case 3 times that can also be verified... well, you can't miss what you were never elected to do. In federal cases prospective jurors must go through a process of questioning by the prosecutors and the opposing legal team in order to be selected as a juror to begin with. If they do this to you ask for a case number so you can call the courthouse and verify that there is in fact any case pending at all. Never ever give out your phone number, address or social security numbers. If they insist that you bring your children to be held in custody while you clear up your warrants you know that's a scam. Police would never ask you to bring your children to turn yourself in for warrants. They most likely had planned to get her there, hold her children hostage and force her to withdraw all her money from her bank under threat of harming the kids or taking them altogether. Always check these things out and never allow yourself to be hoodwinked into anything like this. Had there actual been a warrant for her the police would already have the right address on you... and they wouldn't be calling you to turn yourself in... they'd either show up at your door with the warrant in hand or if you were pulled over and police ran a check and saw you had warrants they'd detain you.

soc sec & courts don't call people - they send mail. and cops don't call to warn you of a warrant

I was told i had a warrant over some drug deal in texas. I found the number the call came from and called the Texas Rangers in Austin.

The first time I got a call like this was a couple of years ago and they were *good.* I was terrified. After a few minutes I was like, no way, and hung up. Now they leave voicemails threatening me with immediate arrest. 😂 Sometimes I have to turn off unknown caller blocking. That’s when the voicemail happens.
