I've just ordered a Denafrips DAC, and I'm faced with the fact that the relationship between the two companies has ended. I am very sorry. I have found the new dealer network to be somewhat unfair. There is a price, BUT I still pay 3% to "family and friends". This is also feedback to Denafrips if they read it. Good luck, I really appreciate your attitude.

Thanks for your videos. Can you connect an optical digital in, (a TV for example) and still use the USB out to an integrated amplifier? If I select the Eversolo Optical In, I'm only given the options to use analog out. Essentially, I'm trying to bypass the Eversolo DAC and test it against use the DAC in my Hegel H190 integrated amp. I just ordered, from you, the LPS-A8 for the Eversolo DMP-A8. What kind of improvement should I hear? and how much warmer will the unit run? I do have a Samsung 990 PRO SSD 4TB PCIe 4.0 M.2 2280 internal solid state hard drive installed - should I consider adding a heat sink to the SSD?

Why dont i still think this product is over priced

Hi, Ive recently bought an A6 to use as a digital streamer source (stand alone if it sounded better than my current dac, but it doesnt) and Ive discovered it stops sending digital audio when you pause or skip a track and the dac has to re sync. Once the dac has synced, as far as Im concerned, it should stay synced until its either switched off or the sample rate has changed. Mine seems to just turn the digital output off on any transport operation rather than outputting silience. Im on version 1.2.98. I was wondering if you had that happening when you tried it? On the zidoo forums it seems not many people have noticed this but its driving me nuts and Im trying to find out if earlier firmware versions also exhibit this behaviour.

Just a small request / prayer, since you are in contact with the designers: will it be possible also to have an add on board (like this LEX) but with 2 XLR outputs ? So there will be the freedom to bi-amp the speakers as well as feed a subwoofer in case. I don't know if the next LAW amplifier will have and XRL I/O to chain another amp, but with this "external extra output module" the flexibility will be granted for any audio chain.

There will be a "new board" available in a few months that will sell you for an extra $500. Shady company, don't recommend

In other words like everything else you weren't immune from the manufactures paying attention to your numbers and deciding they didn't need you. The practice is spreading quite rapidly even if you want to be politically correct about it.

One more thing. I can understand there is a risk factor buying from aliexpress. when you talk about customer service. we are paying more if we are buying from you but there is no 30 days return time period. aliexpress provides that with less cost. how is it better customer service?

I’m glad to see this improvement in capacitances. I made this suggestion a long time ago when they launched this product. The company emailed me back with thanks for what was obviously an opportunity to make this CHoco Emei a better performer.

Scam. BS. Snake oil. If you really do some scientific tests, you’ll will measure no or audio-wise insignificant differences between and a hyped BS switch and a 15,00 Dollar one. It’s all about human psychology. The ones who bought such a BS device will always defend their purchase, cause they now deep inside they have been scammed.

I'm considering a purchase of the Duet15. After watching this video I have to wonder why they cost $6490? I don't doubt that they're very well-designed. I'm sure the drivers and crossover components are of very high quality. I have no problem with assembling them myself. Maybe it's down to their having no cabinet? I admit that my questioning their cost is at least a little influenced by having listened to sound demos on YT. The bass is excellent but my preference is for a warmer sound. I know you cannot properly judge a speaker by listening to these YT videos. I'll have the opportunity to see and listen to these speakers at an upcoming audio show. Hopefully that experience will change my mind. Thanks for doing this video.

Those looking to upgrade are existing customers who supported and trusted the product when it first launched. In less than a year, they have an inferior product and need to pay high price just to get the sound to the same as new buyers. There should have been a more reasonable option provided considering the short time the original got replaced.

Totally cannot understand the need for clicking sound, it disturb music playback, also no tone defeat.

So basically if you bought one of the older EMEI amps you were unknowingly screwed.

Hi Alvin, thanks for letting us know that the Emei Amp's modular design enables owners to do retro upgrades. However please don't keep saying the model name as EE-MAY, when we all know it's named after the famous 峨嵋 mountain in China's Sichuan Province and should be pronounced UH-MAY to be closer to the original.

How is the upgraded module sound signature compares to the original module? TIA.
