25 Challenges - 25 Days For Each Challenge - Add the next challenge to your previous challenge in order to very slowly build up to a 25 exercise routine, eventually working the whole body whilst increasing your mental and physical well-being.
We have set up the challenge for ourselves and others to raise awareness around mental health issues and to raise money for the mental health foundation, whilst increasing the quality of our own physical and mental well-being.

Phew I’m so glad that the humidity we’ve been experiencing has lifted. I’m feeling much more refreshed. I had to get my hair cut off because the heat was too uncomfortable for me! I have been really struggling to reach 25 push ups lately. My hubby said that I might be limiting myself mentally because if 25 is a target then some days my mental capacity might not be strong enough to reach that so he suggested trying to do more than 25 until doing 25 becomes easy. I don't know why but I am really struggling to hit 25 push-ups at the moment, even though this is my 3rd month of doing them! My husband thinks I might have a build up lactic acid in my shoulders and that I ought to try pushing myself past 25 so that doing 25 becomes easier mentally.
