Not much it was very light. There are restaurants all around the hotel that do serve breakfast. We did eat breakfast there because of time. It was ok but there are much better places to eat very close by.

I sure can, It is the trekology aluft pillow deluxe. We still have them and use them on camping trips. Are you going this summer? If so the monsoons are really rolling in out there. The canyon is so cool when it rains but be very carful you will see rain waterfalls everywhere but don't go near them because they dislodge boulders at the top that fall to the bottom. If you cant find the pillow I will be glad to pull it up on my amazon account and send you the link. Thanks so much for the comment and enjoy the trip.

Well Amazon says that they do not have that exact model anymore. Sorry for that. It did suggest the TREKOLOGY Ultralight Inflatable Camping Pillow - Compact & Comfortable Blow Up Pillow for Backpacking, Hiking, and Travel - Aluft Plus Series. It looks like ours but the new one seams to be contoured. It also has a pocket that you can put clothes in. So maybe this is a better design. If you use it I would be very interested in what you think about it when you get back. Be mindful of clothes for night time. The air is so dry the temp drop quickly after the sun goes down. Have fun and look for the satellites crossing overhead. It's so dark you can see them. Mimi says to take many pictures.

They did a great job. We were a little bummed that we could not keep our original plans, but because of the reroute, we ended up at the farm. The farm was a very unique diamond that Metro found. We were the first ones from Metro to visit, and it was amazing. I can see us revisiting the farm. There was so much to do there, and we did not have enough time to check it all out.

The full resolution photo of the Thumbnail is in our Hall Worthy exhibit. The focus is so sharp you can look into the retinas of the pelican. You can also see the sand grains in mid-air where he was pushing so hard in the sand. Right place Right time with a gifted photographer.

That beach was so strange. One side looks like the beaches we all know. The other side was mangroves and tons of animal life.

I love the shot of Al and the sea lion. Al looks like he is the ring leader in their privet circuses.

Yes they are but you would not think that when you are there. Those guys are everywhere.

She was so embarrassed that we could not talk to them that she did not want me to record it. It was great. The lady and I started using our fingers and we had a deal in less than one minute. Mimi had 3 candy bars to enjoy. Mimi really thought she conquered the world. It reminds me of the night you and I had eight different languages being spoken at our table. That was a great memory.

Quito was cool. The Equator mistake is funny but can you imagine how accurate the team had to be back then with a compass and sextan? If you ask the guilds they will tell you the true story and point you toward the correct spot.

Once you are in the EU you can travel without a passport. You must have one to get into the EU. Right now the Passport office is doing much better on a regular passport request the goverment says it is taking 7 to 9 weeks. (much better than the 16 weeks we were seeing last year) On a rush it is taking 3 to 7 weeks. If you have a passport card you must send it in with the passport. You can't find that info on their website but they will hold up you renewal if it is not with your regular passport. Good luck and thanks for the question

One more thing. There is an American hotel right next to the train station if you do not have a hotel booked yet. We have stayed at several places in Amsterdam but like this one the best. It is the Double Tree By Hilton. It is so close to everything downtown. You can walk to everything. Enjoy your trip

Much appreciated. It is a Jjekyll and Hyde thing. If you get there at Sunrise and there is traffic we use the short cut roads to cut across the valley so that we get to spots in the park that people have not reached yet. Mimi's 4 deer in the bush photo was made posable because we called that audible. Looking at the weather every morning accept Sunday should be good for fog and sun in the park. We find those conditions produce the best photography and video. Good luck with capturing a little bit of heaven on earth while you wait in traffic.

@@mimiandg We like to visit the smokies too. We usually stay in Pigeon Forge and will venture over to Gatlinburg. We have never tried Chesapeakes. What are sone of your other favorite restaurants in the area?

Holston's Kitchen Address: 639 Dolly Parton Pkwy, Sevierville, TN 37862 We love this place. A large variety of food. Quick, excellent service. The desserts are huge. Holston's is where the locals eat. Parking on site The Mill Address: 164 Old Mill Ave, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863 Mimi loves this one. The food is delicious. You can split the meal with your partner and still have more food than you want. Parking onsite can be a hassle. Across the street is the Old Mill Pottery House Café. 3341 Old Mill St, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863 It has the same food as the Mill but a smaller selection, easier to get into, and parking is behind the Old Mill Pottery House. It's not as good of an atmosphere. Apple Barn Cider House 226 Apple Valley Rd, Sevierville, TN 37862 Apple pies and ice cream is served in the back. We love this stop. We are not big fans of the Apple Barn restaurant. It's too long of a wait for so-so food. But the fried pies make this old guy smile. Smokey Mountain Brewery 1004 Parkway #501, Gatlinburg, TN 37738 This has fantastic thin-crust pizza. Where it is located works great for when you come out of the park. The service is excellent, and you can park behind the place, which is great for shopping on the main street.

@@mimiandg You have similar taste as us. We have been to all the above and love them. You mentioned Holston's, have you been to JT Hannahs? They are sister properties. If you like pizza, we highly recommend West By God pizza. It is the best we have had in the smokies. We like the Smoky Mountain Brewery Pizza too. Our two favorite restaurants are Pottery House Cafe and Little Tokyo. We are headed down to Pigeon Forge for Labor Day and are trying to decide where we want to go to eat and make a video. It's so hard not to go to our favorites all the time. We know we want to do a bbq video. It's been awhile since we have done one of those. We may also do a breakfast video too.

Log Cabin Pancake House off of Airport Road in Gatlinburg is one that I have been going to for almost 50 years. It is always packed but worth the wait. Enjoy your trip. We will be there in a few weeks. If you find something good please share. Do you guys have a TH-cam channel?

I think toothpicks would work. Because of what I was using the foam for the screws gave me traction. I just did another project and used flex seal. The foam had a bad reaction and did not turn out how I had hoped. I used rostellum plastic spray on the first one. It turned out much better. Good luck with yours and I hope it helped.

I've used the plastic spray before and it work great that's what I'm planning on using this time.I used the stir sticks because they were longer , next time I think I'm going to try some old school pick up sticks
