Plasma Storm is a project many years in the making by my friend Steve. Even before Anthem was announced, we had the idea of a flying PVP shooter focused on equal starts and map control. The project has had a few restarts and while I've helped along the way, this is ultimately Steve's baby.

OK, I just have to say it. Your videos are instrumental to making my Stop Motion animations, and I couldn’t make my animations half as good as they are without the sound effects you make. You are literally one of the crutches of my art and I can’t thank you enough for making the sound effects. Thank you so much and I wish you the best! (if you’re interested, I’m posting an animation in a few minutes that has something to do with your rocket launcher sound effects. Tune in if you want, but only if you want to)

I’m pretty sure I found that one recently, like the one from witch queen where you grab and crush them. I might throw that one into a ghost related sfx video. Chances are good 👍

I've had most of these sounds for years, but only today did I find the explosions finally. Easily some of the coolest explosion samples I've heard out of a game.
any way you could upload the tormentor sounds? all the ones on yt have other ambient sounds thrown in due to being raw game recordings. i also looked through the drive link and i couldnt find the mythoclast charge/linear fire sound and the outbreak perfected headshot nanite proc noise
Everything I have on tormentors is already up in my D2 SFX playlist. As far as weapon stuff goes, I uploaded what I have. I recorded over 300 weapons and then sometime after, Bungie patched the secret quiet spot I used so I can’t do in game recording anymore for weapons. I hope you or anyone else reading doesn’t take this the wrong way- but I’ve done my part. I’m exhausted from Destiny. All those weapons plus sorting through 32,000 files. I’m enjoying my time on other projects now. I’ve moved on from the game itself but if anyone rips those sounds you mentioned I’ll be sure to add them. I’ll also keep uploading existing Destiny stuff I haven’t shared yet. Still got some left.
One of the golden eras of Destiny. Age of triumph D1, Arrivals D2 before we lost most of that content over time, and… probably the WQ year? That was pretty good. FS was just sandwiched by such awful news that it kinda stifled any of the good mood that would make for peak D2 overall
It’s hard to pinpoint for me. I thoroughly enjoyed the arrivals public event and how chaotic it was. Was it season of chosen where the Ticcu bow came out and had the strike where you went in caitle’s tank? That era of destiny’s seasons was my personal peak. Not to mention such a well made trailer.
@ yeah the Beyond Light year and it’s seasons were pretty fantastic, it was just sunken by the shaved down state the game was in after the great content deletion.

Are you able to record Atraks sfx, since she has unique fallen exo sounds?
No. I stopped playing Destiny earlier this year after Final Shape. I'm still friends with some people that rip sounds so If I see Atraks stuff I can upload them here.
The avenger is a good weapon overall, but honestly it's basically assualt rifle with puberty. Thanks for the sfx tho, always a w in my book.

No. My contacts could never figure out ripping the dialogue from Halo 5. I kinda chose to just focus on SFX as that was a monumental task in itself at the time.
@@Aegis_Mind Damn. Would've been nice to have the rest of the audio voice lines, as I have a good majority of them, but would've still liked the rest. Even if they all were recorded in game.

@ been cooking a big sound pack this year that’s over 2000 samples large so far! Hoping to finish by January-March. Got another surprise video hopefully by Christmas. I’m throwing my hat into the ring with this react trend we’ve been seeing over the years. Wish I could say more 🤫
343 Really dicked up the sound identity of Halo, everything is way too punchy and ignores the unique textures that each weapon had in the originals that made them easy to distinguish.
They did some things very well in my opinion. The clunky spartan movement foley just isn't working for me though ):
I made the mistake of thinking they re used the AR fire sound for this weapon. Glad I double checked.
Honestly this gun looks and sounds beautiful
I had a fun idea for a weapon variant of this: A variant with overpenetrating rounds and a Halo 5 style energy bayonet for maximum CQC shenanigans. The Armor Piercing Rounds would pass through unshielded targets and hit anyone behind them, and would even hit heavily armored targets like Vehicles and Hunters for full damage.
Man I miss the Halo 5 sandbox.
Will you do Scorn sounds from Destiny.
