Dixie Dragster is a rock and roll band from Nashville, Tennessee, with influences from T-Rex, The New York Dolls, Kiss, and Guns & Roses. Fronted by the charismatic Dixie Carl, formerly of the band The Tip and Stolen Prayer, Dixie Dragster brings a high-energy live show that is sure to get you moving. Dixie is joined by guitarist Aaron Lockhart, guitarist Paul Klein, Bobby Pinz on bass, and drummer Ryan Smith.
Their sound is a mix of classic rock, glam rock, and punk rock. They have a reputation for putting on a wild and exciting show, and their fans are some of the most dedicated in the business.

I love the way you put it, cause that's just the thing, it's about being truthful and authentic to who you are; not whatever is gonna make you most commercially successful or following the latest trend. It's not about talent, sure a little helps, but look at Johnny Thunders, Joey Ramone, Lou Reed, Iggy, even Dylan - none of them are technically the greatest singers, but it doesn't matter, it's not about that. It's the feeling, the heart that they put into it. If you don't dig what you're doing, truly believe in it with every ounce of your being, how can you expect anyone else to? Just my thoughts.
