Instead of doing a his and her water closet. I would’ve put a stackable washer and dryer in one of them. The laundry room is way too far away from the master suite. Other than that, it’s a great layout. A side note the interior decoration is hideous.

Enjoyed the video. Nice property, proper separation between the living spaces and some of the bedrooms were spacious. Primary suite was excellent along with the closet that had separated spaces. Excellent video all around!!! Keep up the good work!

While the builder had a smaller plot to work with, the lack of space shows up in the layout of the furniture and the proximity of the pieces as well as the bedrooms. I've never been a fan of guests or family entering and passing through the kitchen or bedrooms to get to the living room.
