Yes, Einstein’s idea of time is false. But the explanation is simpler. Einstein misinterpreted Voigt and Lorentz work. The title of his paper (on the electrodynamics of moving bodies) was the only thing that was correct. The real research subject was in fact electromagnetic theory with moving objects. The metaphysical part of the paper should be abandoned. Also, Lorentz transformation should be abandoned.

I would say that you expose Advaita Vedanta. Yes, Consciousness cannot be object of inquiry. If so we loose it. Yes. Consciousness is fundamental and everything we see or touch is seen or touched in consciousness. Yes. Pure consciousness is pure Being. In consciousness everything appears, exists and disappears.
