I'm 50 and have been raving since 96's. Keep up the great work
Yes let’s all keep raving ❤❤❤
There is a dynamism infused in the viewing experience by how the scroll from left to right is presented- it is like watching a scene unfold with no actual movement present. I suppose it's the gradual reveal of information. It felt grandiose, and mythical; but having seen the witch first, I am biased to root for her instead of the "heroes". Perhaps this witch is unfairly being persecuted, as was the case with many witchy allegations. I can almost conjure up a story. Terribly exciting. Great video! Just subscribed, looking forward to more!
Thank you so much! Do check out the other episodes in the series ... some 20 minutes, some 10 minutes, some 5 minutes ... hopefully they're both interesting and relaxing!
What’s the little black thing on the witches scroll? It looks like it’s holding a dagger
Next to her right hand? I believe that is the string that would tie the scroll when it is rolled up and the bit that looks like a dagger is what is used to fasten the string so it doesn't unfurl
Legend.
Thank you ❤❤❤
What a beast 💪💪💪 Making some banging Tuuuness 🧨🧨🧨🔥🔥🔥!
Thank you that’s kind to say ❤❤❤
I’m inspired! I’m 73 and got a Boss VE-500 I’ve been trying to learn to operate over the past few weeks so I can try to make music too. 🙌
That’s great I learned by watching TH-cam for hours and still do every day ❤❤❤❤

Hey Nick. Brilliant! I'm an ambient music producer...at 79 !
That’s great to hear keep making music ❤❤❤❤
Just found your page from an article I just read and I’m so happy I did, thank you for this joy
Thank you that’s kind to say ❤❤❤
Always good to hear from Gua.
Oh man, I've thought about getting into music production but at 42 I thought I was too old. I feel like this video just slapped me in the face and said, "No more excuses bitch!" Nick you are truly an inspiration. And undoubtedly adding years to your life. I've seen so many colleagues of mine retire and they're just rudderless. They don't know what to do with themselves. Keep doing what you're doing. I would absolutely LOVE to see a Boiler Room set down the road!!
Please start making music now if you have any question please ask I started off with playing samples and it was very easy and enjoyable to make some music good luck with your music and enjoy 😊😊
I started at 38 (40 now), I honestly could just about turn my pc on then. If you wanna do it, then do so. There's so many free DAWs, VST instruments and VST FX out there.
This guy is living the dream.
Thank you 😊
I need to learn
Plenty of good TH-cam videos can learn about music production ❤
I needed to hear this. Thx Tron. And cool spot.
Very cool!!
Amazing how honestly he enjoys what he do with these live jams. Keep up the good work and all the best for him. 🙏

I am 65 and spend as much time as I can in Ableton Live with whatever wonderful plugins I can afford. I've listened to the Beatles, Bach, Elvis, Tangerine Dream, Sid Vicious, Prodigy, Enya, Drum and Bass, House when it started, Rave etc. You get the picture. At this age we have a lot of music in our heads to explore ourselves with the aid of great tech and the ability to clean up our (many). mistakes. Great fun as the body shows less interest in doing things to extremes at this age.
I used to Listen to Tangerine in the 6th form thank you for they memory ❤❤❤
Nick. So delighted to hear about your music production. An inspiration to see you thriving in retirement. All the best mate - Alec
Thank you Alec ❤❤❤
Couldn’t agree more with all your insights on music, the joy it brings in listening and creating.
thank you that nice to say 😊😊😊
@@thelastdj also forgot to say that it’s very inspiring to know that we can all reinvent ourselves in our 3rd age when f living. Never too old … 😊
@@monicapostle2065 yes agree and I think we are now at an age where we are at our most happiest and try to not worry about the small thing anymore
I started producing shortly before my 50th birthday. EDM, ambient, etc. It’s been a wonderful joy the last 4 years.
That’s similar to me and I really enjoy making music and I hope you enjoy your journey ❤❤❤😊
Absolute legend. Needs a Boiler Room set! 👏🏽🔥
O yes ❤❤
Love it!
Thank you ❤
Amazing Nick well done! x
Thank you
I’ve found this man so inspiring. I’ve always tinkered with music, been in punk bands, made beats(badly), done field recordings, and I stopped about 10 years ago and I’m not in my 40’s and missing this type of expression.
Thank you yes please keep making music ❤❤❤
The best thing to do 👍👍👍
Yes agree ❤❤❤
Hooo...that garden track is a BANGER! Just remember: the Belleville Three (ie: Juan Atkins, Derrick May and Kevin Saunderson) are all in their sixties, too. When the music gets REAL, all of that other stuff goes away and it comes down to the MOST IMPORTANT question of all: Does it BANG? If the answer's "yes", then just keep smacking those pads and blowing bass bins. At that point, you're only as old as the next note you're about to play. All music belongs to everyone, and the human silliness of pigeonholing everything has no point whatsoever. Let the subs BURN with 16 Hz floor-cracking timelessness! And that's coming from someone in their 60s as well. When they switch on the amps, age isn't a number... it's a pointless thing altogether! An aside: the length of this clip is 6:06. Clearly the Great Magnet is smiling down on you. 👍😁
Thank you ❤❤❤😊
So cool! 🎉❤🎉 Keep on going, great inspiration.
Will keep making music ❤❤

ugh yeah cos nowadays you HAVE to be viral to be recognized by the rest of the world
It's a good thing and a bad thing. No longer are the gatekeepers the ones that determine who is and isn't worthy. On the good end of the spectrum, it's how we got Tyler the Creator. But there is a bad side as well. That's how we got Drake.
Well done Nick! Always tune in mate. The big question, are you updating to the Digitakt 2 (if you've not already) 🤟
