I'm wondering if there's a simple way to do this with multiple drop downs? For example, I have a table of characters and pictures of facial expressions based on their emotions. I'd like to have one drop down to select a character, a second drop down to select an emotion, and then based on those two choices, it would display the correct portrait for that specific character? I feel like I'm on the cusp of figuring it out with dependent drop downs, but I can't quite get there. Thanks in advance for any help! :)

At 8:37 it seems a bit complicated to go with that approach, why not return the parameters as a json and doing the parsing on the client side with JavaScript? That way, the whole thing stays more flexible as I wouldn’t have to constantly rewrite and redeploy the script if I add another column in the quotes data.

At 5:29 on line 12, why is the range hardcoded, and not set to “A1:B”? If I have a web form or some RSS feeding the data sheet, it would not pull from all stored quotes.
