The only part of our military that engages in more self promotion than the SEALs is the Marine Corps. Delta has about 10% of the operators as the SEALs. Delta guys are older and more experienced. If I had a family member being held hostage and could use whomever I wanted, I'd use Delta . . . . . . every time.
