Wow! talk about a cool blast from the past. Is there a cooler duet in existence? Maybe. But both of these singers have absolutely beautiful voices! I simply do not have the words to describe just how good and fun... even moving, this song is.

This is different, but I like it! I was 6 years old in 1972.

I was eleven when this song came out. Besides radio airtime this song showed up on every variety show for at least a year or two. I have found at least a dozen versions, all lip synced, from numerous American variety shows. A few months ago I heard the last 30 seconds or so of this song on a local oldies station. This was the first time I heard it in about 40 years! I wanted to hear the whole thing! It took me at least an hour to find it, after all most of lyrics are Uh huh and na na na, but when I finally found it I couldn't get enough!

When ever I hear this song it takes me back to the carefree days of a 11-12 years old puts a smile on my face.

Vivia vendendo artezanano frente as baladas e nas praias....Servi o exército em 1975. Dancei; ri; chorei. Vivi tudo que pude nos anos 1970. Não sou saudozista mas admito; - o Brasil de hoje nãotem nada a ver com o de antes. A loucura não beirava a demência da sociedade de hoje. Sou fo tempo que "droga era maconha, paz e amor. Hoje droga é crack e metralhadora". Nunca irei aceitar esse Brasil de hoje...
