The new LV has a microchip in it now. So buying vintage is the way to go. Plus you get that beautiful patina that the leather handles and bases get.

I had the Brooklyn for several months now. Bought it from the last runway show (not the one that just ended but the previous one) I got it in denim blue size 39, black size 39, and the taupe size 28 (the smaller size). I was told these were runway pieces and once they sell out, that’s it. Several months later SURPRISE! They released it again with more colors 🙃😐
Oh no yikes! It can be hit or miss if runway items make it to general production. It's always a gamble when they do those limited releases. Hopefully you are still enjoying them! 🥴
@@jpuzoh I love them. I don’t mind that they are reproducing some designs! Just don’t say you won’t haha. I feel this is false advertisement! A bit sneaky! If everyone carried the same bag that won’t bother me at all! If you like it go for it :) The denim blue leather is to die for. I’m not a hobo style person but for some reason the leather felt so good and I wanted them all! The blue is the most used one! That size is good as my personal item when I travel (which I do a lot for work). And navy and blue dominate my closet! So it works!
I would not buy new LV. For me, it costs too much for what it is and the older canvas seems far better! Congratulations on the 300! Thank you for the video!

It was so interesting. I thought time square tabby will be their most popular one since that bag's anti puffy qualting design is so innovative. Brooklyn bag is versitle but I think it's kind of similar to the Lana shoulder bag. Also it's interesting they use a very thin leather for the Brooklyn bag.
PS, I got the red time square tabby like you did too. I got the triple charm(apple+empire state building+taxi). The bag with that charm together looks so good~~~ I highly recommend you to try it as well~

Hi Jonathon great video love the time square I wish they’d gone one step further and distressed the leather and hardware a bit that would’ve made it perfect the empire I was waiting with bated breath for but sadly let down in the end I wanted the 48 would’ve settled for the 40 had they not put that zip closure on it and left it open like the smaller versions but it’s gorgeous nonetheless 💚💚💚
I totally agree. For some reason I felt like the pictures showed more distressing on them. I wish the 40 had a closure as well. For me it isn't a deal breaker but I could see how it will be for many. Thanks for watching! 😄

Enjoyed the video, Jonathan. I tried on the Brooklyn a few weeks ago. It's a nice bag and I love the understated elegance but I like one that zips at top. I think that's why I'd prefer the Empire. I also want the navy. 😫 Congrats on the tabby...it's a beautiful bag.

Hi Jonathon great video so happy your feeling better and back I want you to know I was so excited for the empire like waiting with baited breath it didn’t even register that it had released due to the massive differences between runway and actual release until you were talking about it I think I’m done with Coach sadly I see runway pieces I’m so excited for and they either never release or they’re completely different from the runway so I fully understand your position.💚💚💚
