Sous vide and then fry? What's the point? I'm guessing flavor profile? Guess I'll have to try. But it probably sous vide in ghost peppers to make things interesting.
Fresh mozzarella ball. But i recommend cutting in advance and letting it strain a bit or using drier mozzarella, or else you risk getting a soggy pizza
Sembra fantastico. Puoi dirmi come hai cotto la pizza? Preriscaldala al massimo e poi riducila o lasciala al massimo? Forse hai anche una ricetta per l'impasto per me. Grazie mille.
@@AkramSays id suggest looking up Vito Iacopelli's channel in here. Higher hydration and slower fermantation will be the best thing you've tasted. Plus its super easy to shape and work with.
Try 500 grams of 00 grade flour. 250ml cold water Dry yeast 3 grams Salt. Kneed Leave for 3 hours covered. Make your dough balls. Refrigerator 24 hours Take from fridge leave till they hit room temperature and make your pizza base.
I had to bought this. I have wood and gas fired Ooni oven, but during rain and winter I cannot use it, so this 400°C electric oven, solves it and it is not expensive at all.
@@marvin2678 Yes for the price it is very good, but it has one problem. To make it really good it is better to replace stone with better one, otherwise it is tricky to set up. Sometimes it makes bottom sooner than top of pizza, so I simply finish baking on aluminium peel to not burn the bottom when that happeneds. You have to figure it out, how to set the temperature, so that is a tricky part. Otherwise it really makes pizza in 4 minutes on very good level. I also make tortillas on lowest settings while leaving it open and they are really good. I did not tried to bake stuff on baking trays with it yet, so there i cannot tell. For home pizza with that price it is real bargain, I still love it, even if it has mentioned issue. I plan to replace the stone in future, which other users recommended to me. Since it is very small I actually sometimes take it to cottage instead of wood fired ooni I got.
@@michalviktorin6758 Do you think you might be able to fix that issue by putting the stone in at the same time as the pizza? Since normally you'd preheat the stone in the oven?
@@jimlucas0 So stupid idea you suggested. The stone is screwed in place, you cannot put it away like that, and it would not heat up in time at all. If you want to make pizza on low heat, dont use stuff like this at all, this is high heat oven for 4 minutes pizza, you need to preheat it. Actually latest version does not overheat stone that much, I gave one to my best friend and we tested it, but you can always replace the stone with more quality one from aftermarket sources on older version like I have.
It depends on what kind of pizza you make actually. It is for the best to have infrared thermometer, and set it to temperature for pizza type you make.
There are more ways, which are legit. It depends on tools you have and how complicated you want it. I started making dough with hands, because that way you understand dough better, than simply using dough mixer, which I started using later, when I bought wood fired oven and started making pizza parties, so amount of dough I make got bigger. But still I use just hands from time to time, to stay in touch with old ways.

You fry it afterwards to make the skin crispy. Otherwise it would be rubbery.
