I am understood to be a sigma male, I have every trait and I display those traits. The reason I do that is because I am an Aspie, and I am neurodivergent, and an introvert. I am also on the Autism spectrum and I lack empathy across parts of the spectrum. I don't talk about my IQ.

i don't care about any of them but V and A, I don't have any reason to yet. We are not friends at all unless you consider a stalker and the person being stalked friends lol. V and I have a similar sense of humor and she will be a great friend hopefully my whole life. I only exchange energy with people , if the exchange doesn't work for me i don't participate.

This is a very perceptive video and more people should watch it. I was with a young woman for several years and respected her professional and personal path while we were seeing one another. When I saw she was opening the door to a direction which did not agree with our relationship, I just drifted off and cut her off. She still doesn't understand but I had warned her in so many ways that would happen yet she was not listening to what I had been saying and meaning by how I operated in my own life. I never talk to an ex-girlfriend for any reason.

Sigma male handling conflicts is brought like it is a superior strength. Funny, but it doesn't feel superior. For me personally it feels more like a weakness or a personality disorder... Any thoughts on this? Or are there people that resonate with this?

Whoever created this video must be a Sigma. I exhibit all these traits and it has worked out well for me. One trait not mentioned here is that I believe in learning from the mistakes of others and resolving not to make those same mistakes. This alone has saved me from untold misery.

I was born in Seattle in 1973, where I grew up. Japanese-American, male, heterosexual, and a Sigma Male. When I am betrayed by somebody, I go SILENT on them, and to my surprise, my absence has a HUGE impact on them! I never thought of myself as being that important.

So basically being a sigma means youre intelligent and have boundaries lol

I have just walked away from an 8 year marriage, this video has helped me because I was actually starting to think maybe there is something out of balance inside of me because I have been so firm and uncommunicative, I had no fear when she said it is too late for me to come back, I actually welcomed it, no fear no guilt. I never thought of myself as a Sigma, I admired other men who projected confidence, decision makers, successful.
