This is just somewhere to post some of my race videos for extra storage, if you watch my videos, I hope you find them entertaining to watch, I certainly enjoy racing in them.
For those asking, my PC set up is:
CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X
GPU: RTX 4080
RAM: 32GB 3200MHz
M.2 Storage
Pico 4 VR Headset (connected via Ethernet/Virtual Desktop)
My Rig Set up is:
Sim Lab GT1 Evo with a Sim Lab Speed 3 Racing Seat
Wheelbase: Fanatec CSL DD (8Nm)
Steering Wheel: Fanatec McLaren GT3 v2 with QR1 metal quick release & a Fanatec P1 v2
Pedals: Thrustmaster T-LCM Loadcell pedals

lol yeah and I still came 5th 😁 it was my first time ever driving that version of the track so I didn't know where each turn was and was trying to learn it too

what track is it ?
It's Croft Circuit (a track in the UK)
The slipstream pull on these cars is something else, what engine do they use ?
Apparently it's a 180 hp Mazda rotary engine. I think my slipstream was a little limited with my power restriction though
Hi Huge, well there seems to be some very aggressive or assertive drivers in this group, some great racing though.
Well it's an open lobby too, so you do get all sorts.... and I didn't do great in turn 2, at the start, the breaks were cold and just didn't work lol

hey chap, try obs for recording instead of nvidia then you can adjust mic levels to suit. its free and if need a hand setting up gimme a shout
Thanks for the offer. I actually have OBS but find Nvidia just easier for races, but I do need to adjust the in car volume in AMS2 so the chat can be heard

I just looked at the schedule and there is no Nurburgring planned in this series ☹

I think I kept it together in the wet better, I spun something like 3 times on lap 2 in the dry (omg those kerbs are deadly)!! and was then 30s behind everyone, I was ready to chuck it in the bin but just kept me head down as well as I could, I need to find a bit more speed! @@hughjass64

I'm using a Pico 4 and no you don't see all the shaking when in VR, it's more stable, this is just how it records

@@hughjass64 good job bruh, fuck all these haters. its hard to get a hang of the track completely. Ive been hoping in hella random whips just to learn the circuit really well then I will go for a time. As of rn i think i have an 8:03 and it was in an svj. definitely could've done better.
