Patch 7.1 Changed Content! Halatali - Duty Support
These boss changes definitely took me by surprise, and I find them much easier and straight forward than the old Halatali

I only chose a few nodes to BTN from since this is just a tutorial ^_^ if you want more scripts, gather more mats! All enemies in Diadem are PASSIVE (unless you accidentally poke them, like I've done several times lmao...)

Ignore the difficulty choosing, I messed up trying to fix my streamlabs, so that's why that's there. ANYWAY Mini guide to help you understand how this particular Ifrit battle works. Yes, you CAN use the card buffs on Clive and it WILL buff his attacks.

Ommmmggg.... this was definitely the icing on the cake! and... very emotional... T_T Nearly an entire alliance wipe, but that's the FUN of being a first-timer! ♥ that and my co-healer had severe lag issues.. It was a piece of work, I tell ya!

The hardest post-Stormblood dungeon due to the last boss NOT ANYMORE They got rid of a lot of frustrating parts, which I'm very glad they did Though the NPC programming still needs a teeny bit of work, everything goes swimmingly~

This was equally interesting, most of the mechanics are the same, but they're also a lot more clearer now! Mist dragon especially, you can no longer accidentally attack the vapor during the adds phase!

I was honestly impressed with this, they definitely gave some good changes here! The water orbs no longer follow you around, we have bridges now between areas, and the adds no longer freely move around making us frustrated where to put the explosive ores!

The last dungeon on the changes list! this is how we'll see the dungeon before the changes take effect! One of the nastiest fights is the final boss.. and... you can clearly see why people often wipe to it.

Well i learned that purple aoes cannot be prevented by class skills and makes me feel like an fool for not knowing about that.
Loved the music, the settings, the fights, excellent way to end this raid series. Also, pretty close calls on first two bosses!
Yeah 😭 because my co-healer had terrible lag issues and we suffered greatly with me being a single healer.. lol

I think the audio is corrupted in some way.
It’s only the recording that’s affected, and I’ve tried hundreds of things to try to fix it. My sound generally is normal, but the recording? that’s where the issue is and my friends and I can’t figure it out. All my drivers are up to date and everything is set to my default laptop speakers. So it’s very puzzling…
Imposing figure being gosetsu’s tank stance is hilarious!
I'm glad they removed the claw adds in the second boss. It just made that section take longer without making it more difficult.

I got the vault yesterday in duty roulette & was prepared to position myself to put the tear into the first tear to allow more room for movement & was like, where is the tear? I felt a bit disappointed, especially with how easy they remake some of the dungeons now.
I miss a lot of the older ways too. Sadly, a lot of these reworks are results from player feedback, especially first-timers/new people. While we vets are accustom to these "hard" mechanics, others have more trouble learning them. I do appreciate SOME of the changes though, I do admit some things are easier for my own comprehension. I still love a challenge though!

It depends, the NPCs follow your lead in the Duty Support/Trust System. Have a run though! the banters between the NPCs are very priceless!

Wow they added markers for everything, earthquakes, a TANK STACK, towers to soak, massive aoes that you need to avoid in order. And the steps of faith instance is now teaching people exaflare type attacks. It looks like they're really trying to teach a lot of the newer utilized mechanics in old content. Very cool that they've done this and this is a crazy improvement on clusterfuck of the original hard mode fight. Fantastic introduction into 8 man trials.

The Moogle order only applies for the Extreme version now
