My First Working Sterling Engine

I tried to make my own stirling engine and it didn't work. I found a $50 kit on thinkgeek.com and had it assembled and working the same day I got it. The kit was had to be adjusted just right, the slightest friction hangs it up. I was closer than I thought with my own effort.

Arduino running a 4x20 display

I got a display kit and driver board from www.moderndevice.com/products/20x4lcd-lcd117kit The kit went together very quickly and easily. The only hard part was the manual talking about a 4 wire connection while the header pin and website talked about a 3 wire connection. It is just 3 wires. You can now bootload Arduino Chips using an Arduino Board. I followed the directions at this site: arduino.cc/en/Tutorial/ArduinoISP If it doesn't work, just double check, triple check, your wires. I had to try several times before it worked for me.
Arduino crossfading a tricolor LED

I bought a tricolor led from radio shack today and got it working with Arduino. The only tricky part is that it had a common anode instead of a common cathode, so I had to connect 5v to the common anode through a 220 ohm resistor so that it would light up.

The face-hugger latches itself onto its victim's face, digging its sharp tendrils into the skin. It then wraps its tail extremely tight around the victim's neck, choking her--forcing her to open her mouth wide to gasp for air. At that time, the face-hugger then forcibly slides its thick, phallic reproductive organ down the victim's throat to begin the implantation process. By pumping copious amounts of semen down the victim's throat over the course of several hours, an alien embryo is implanted. This is wrong it's not digging in to the skin and if it lays eggs in the victims stomach it wouldn't spray semen and it's not a reproductive organ. While the Facehugger is putting eggs in the victims stomach it's not awake and it doesn't breath, the Facehugger has long tubes in the victims throat and it works as a respiratory system. The victim doesn't eat under this process so the victim very hungry when it has woken up.
