AND THEY BROUGHT THEIR GUNS? Happy Birthday Queen Elizabeth. Doesn’t look so Happy Birthday to me, just another military exercise, to each his own….but what does it really look like…….yea they can March well….but ….well, just another military demonstration, can’t you do something more creative x-ing the guns, especially with all the pain associated with guns all over the world now. Guess not. Would have been more impressed if they did something representing a gift demonstration for her, her birthday.

My dad, my uncles, and my cousin all served in the RAF........he always said their drill was second to none....... I miss them all, this makes me so proud of their service

On the day of Queen Elizabeth's funeral I was beyond impressed with the fact that every branch of service practiced through the previous night to get every detail right for the funeral procession. That day was a pageant for the ages, showing the commonwealth's appreciation of their monarch.

When I was doing my trade training (Supp-A) at RAF Hereford in summer 1973, we had quite a lot of parades & high-ranking visitors. The music we marched to was provided by the RAF Apprentices band. They could play 2 tunes. The RAF march and I'll Haily & The Comets' Rock Around the Clock. Yes, that song IS a march! 😂😂
As ex WRAF I have to say I was proud to see the display those RAF Regiment boys put on.

As a very proud mum of one of them, I have watched them many times and (being totally unbiased !) they are faultless every time. Well done lads, our active military and veterans are not appreciated or respected enough in this country. A sad reflection of our current society and times…….
I'm so proud to be British. Things like seeing these guys perform that drill just leave me in awe of out armed forces (knowing what they have to go through in the theatre of war) 💙
