I have bone spurs everywhere. feet, knees, hip, jaw, wrist. So, I am pretty sure my shoulders probably have some. Could be bursitis or shoulder impingement. Impingement can happen when you lose a bunch of weight like I have. There are exercises on TH-cam that help. I started them yesterday, and last night was not as bad as the pain has been.

Thank you. I love the thought process and trying to save pieces that once were pretty. Some were born ugly. lol. I am hoping others feel inspired to try recreating. So much out there where they just harvest the good stuff. Thats where we come in and get the rest. Have you tried recreating or repairing? It is so satisfying.

It is heart breaking. And we are very aware that that storm was headed directly at us. It makes it personal. I had a hard time not crying during the taping of the video. Actually, had to do 3 takes because I got too emotional.

Thank you so much! I can only use it in the spring and fall because here in Georgia the room gets too hot in the summer to cool down with my tiny window air conditioner, and too cold in the winter to warm up with my space heater. Though I probably can work better in the cold than the heat.

Thank you so much for that last part. I am not a crier but had to start the video over 3 times because the emotions got to me when I did that Helene Hurricane video. My husband is awesome and doesn't mind a bit when I take over the dining room table for weeks at a time. And all is not lost because I can still store my beads and things in the shed.
