Actually the fufu's texture was soft And it I'd always advisable to eat Neat fufu after it had cooled down hence the reason I prepared that first But if it was normal plantain and cassava, I would have finished the soup first

I like your concern but trust me, I am taking the necessary precautions. Not adding a seal alone shouldn't be a cause for alarm when I am washing my hands, sterilizing the bottles and disinfecting my working space.
