This is Mac the songwriter in full bloom. Nuff said.

The title track would fit seamlessly onto one of Lenny Cohen's albums. Each song on this LP is a gem and all feel very well crafted. The LP is very cool and calm and feels closer to Pro Patria. It's a joy to listen to and is a credit to the whole band.

Yeah, it's more solo Mac than The Bunnymen but I don't care. It's my favorite album and I can't wait for this new edition.

Always thought Rust the best track on the album,but.....this is killer live many thx, waiting for re release with extras can't wait

Can understand why this is Will's least favourite Bunnymen album. Some nice tracks on it but it's more of a Mac album really.

1:58 think this is Will Sergeant [omg ode to have his handsome looks I must say] and I just love his smile - he knows by the feel already that the gig was going to be special. I turned 20 in '83 here in New Zealand. I was more into New Order/Joy Division, The Fixx, and The Cure then but don't get me wrong Echo & The Bunnymen were/was a v sharp crew. Like everybody I fell head over heels in love with The Killing Moon, however EATB had way more strings to their/its bow that just that track. EATB were big here in New Zealand we Kiwis love them. Wow just reading a few comments and one says the band was the best band in the world at this point. I'm not going to disagree. Another writes he's seen the band 11x and Crocodiles is the best debut album ever - v high praise I must say - and again how can I disagree. And how about the hairstyles, awesome even including the punters at 6:03...the gal in the middle sporting a stunning short style.

I was brought up on marmion road when larklane was a great place Keith just opened his bistro. Good man sefton park as kid it was my. Play ground and princess park OK times with my sister and brothers bottle water bag butty off we go. Jolly Roger thr cave the island at princess park crab apples 😂never got pains I went larks in the park just sitting with 2pound weed and a can ov 😂nice to see all again.

I watched this when it was first broadcast so seeing it again feels really nostalgic. It’s a shame that crystal day was never repeated. It would have been a very welcome legacy for the bunnymen and the city
