OTC played an acoustic set at Good Company in Brooklyn, NY on June 15, 2012. I shot this on my iPhone so the quality isn't great, but the show was! In this clip they play Jumping Fences, Define a Transparent Dream and California Demise 3.
It's been 27 years and Chris looks the same.
Thankfully we have these vids to remind us of Olivia Tremor Control
Thankfully found this. Regards from UK
The village of Sloan, NY needs to be abolished.
Very Good sweeter than the Fugs but.........
Beautiful, as ever ❤
People are stopping to look from the sidewalk, Sloan is amazin.
I can smell the leaves in the background!
They still look exactly the same, Vampires for sure.
That's so awesome! Are there anymore in-stores at NWR?
I know I have a Superfriendz video from around the same era at NWR. I'll look for the tape.
! ! ! i was there.
10 years later! Still cant wait for the final OTC record. Love them dearly
Curtain drop at 5:30
Wow, so Jay was straight up relicating the brass parts by doubling up on notes. That's pretty great! They don't do that now, but that's cool that he had that part prepared. That's awesome.
This is a beautiful beautiful beautiful moment...
Sweet! Thanks for upload.
Holy shit. Look what I found!
16:35 the dropped curtain let someone watch from outside lol if only someone could've warned them all to just stay in the 90's forever
Back before they left Halifax
Andrew was already in Toronto at this point I believe, as he recorded all the OCTA songs on a 4 track and sent em to the rest of the band.
Thanks for posting. This is when they were at their best.
Would've died to be there
is that one of the Fugazi singers in the front row?
What a special time to see Sloan...a year before 'Navy Blues' dropped and the band substantially changed their songwriting forever.
Navy Blues is my favourite of theirs. Incredible album
